Room are clean with amenities available at most of the time

Enormous room, perfect onsen, I think this should be the top few hotels in Ureshino. Staff are also friendly, and the building is really new. Elegant stay, would 200% come again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. However, it was old styled decor and probably needed renovation. The surroundings were squeezed with old houses. The breakfast was solely in Japanese style making outsiders lack of choices.

Value for money! The hotel room was basic but clean. We like the hotel amenities eg rotenburo, complimentary drinks in the lobby lounge, beautiful yukatas with different sizes. Quiet location, away from the tourist trap.

Clean, modern Japanese-style rooms. Excellent in-house onsen with water from the famous Ureshino source. Lovely traditional Japanese breakfast. Very helpful & friendly staff, thank you Kondo-san.

Common areas including onsen all look recently renovated and lovely. Japanese style room not new, but futon mattresses very comfortable. Dinner buffet selection not huge, but good quality. Reception spoke great English!

全体的によかったです。露天風呂も綺麗、ブッフェスタイルのお食事は美味しかったです。スタッフも感じ良かったです。 ロビーにはお茶のサービスもあり嬉野茶を堪能させていただきました。 浴衣も自分で選んで良かったので満足です。 １つ気になったのはバスタオルとフェイスタオルが1人１枚づつのみで温泉にそれを持っていくと部屋用の手拭きタオルなどが全くなくて困りました。 後、　細かい事を言うならばトイレットペーパーは予備がなくてギリギリでした。普通予備は最低1個は備えてあるものだと思います。 お土産物屋さんがもう少し充実しているといいなとは思いました。 細かい事を除くと又、違う季節に宿泊したいなと思うホテルでした。リピ希望します。 あと、　知人にも勧めたいです。 ありがとうございました。

I want to go again! This hotel has beautiful big Japanese style rooms and hot spring and also nice workers!!
