Cleanliness

This is my 5th time staying at this hotel and I loved it each time. The rooms are new, clean, and beautiful. The staff are friendly and super helpful. I am definitely staying here again when I come back in two weeks. Thank you best western for making our family vacation smooth and beautiful. Outstanding service, great place to stay ,convenient to the Airport and shuttle service is on time. I really recommended this hotel.

Good hotel for a short stay and for business. Well located, good breakfast. Rooms are little basic but clean. Some rooms are very noisy (because of the road).

Very nice property, central location, well Maintained and staffs are extremely friendly. Decent Breakfast buffet and even room service was outstanding.

One if not the best hotel experience in Addis

The hotel itself was great. I almost feel bad rating them less than 5 stars since the staff, management and service were excellent. My only issue was when they asked to look in my phone because someone thought I had taken a picture of the building across the street. What was upsetting, was that, not only did I not take a picture and had no reason to do so, there was nothing that I did to make anyone even think that I took a picture. I went on the balcony with a chair and table and began to watch a show on my iPad. Then I went back inside shortly after, because the weather was not comfortable. Next thing I look, someone knocked my door and asked if I took a pic of some aesthetically uninteresting building across the street. I found the question weird, but I told him I didn't. Shortly after, the manager came in and demanded to look in my phone. I later received a letter of apology and some treats form the hotel staff, but this experience was extremely upsetting. If you're going to violate someone's privacy such as looking in their phone, it should be for a good reason. In this case, there was no reason other than that I was on the balcony. Hotel staff need to alert guests in those rooms that they are being watched by security personnel in the building across the street.

Among the best value for money and international standard found in Addis Ababa so far. The breakfast is nice and generous.

Great place

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast options were okay (but the pastries were very tasty). The bathroom facilities were okay, but some faucets were faulty (need maintenance). Overall, it was a great stay and I would choose this place again.

An excellent property to stay for business and leisure. We loved everything here.

The bedroom is spacious snd with modern finishes. I had the room facing the city. The road was loud but it wasn't loud enough to disturb my sleep. They have a small warm swimming pool which my child loved. It was clean and they provide hotel guests with towels. We eat breakfast in our room. We appreciated that we can order in instead of going down to the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was good.
