The views of the ocean and the room I booked overlooking them were beautiful. My room was clean, comfortable and well set up. The location is convenient with enjoyable shopping and attractions nearby. The amenities of the hotel were great, with onsen and the lobby has a gift shop, bar, arcade huge seating area and overall a cool aesthetic with floor to ceiling windows showing the beautiful ocean view. The staff working there were all incredibly courteous, friendly and kind people who made the stay really enjoyable. Really appreciated their exemplary customer service. Looking forward to my next visit here, and to stay longer next time!

Supreme view on the sea and nearby lighthouse - very scenic, makes it difficult to leave the great rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff, very manageable even as foreigner. Takes a bit to get there, but definitely worthwhile for a few days.

The location is superb and the view in the morning is spectacular. However, the facilities are not modern style. Staff are kind and friendly.

The service level from the staff was utterly amazing. The location is right on the ocean and near an active lighthouse. One can sit and was the cone of light pass over you. The dining experience is unforgettable in a good way. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

スタッフの方々が非常に丁寧に迎えて下さる姿に日本のホテルの良さをかんじました。 ただ、ホテルの事情によって食事が準備できないとの由。残念に思います。理想としては、ホテル内に新鮮な海鮮料理を扱うレストランができればいいですね。それとも、ホテルの広告には素泊まりと明記して、一般への日帰り温泉、食事には近くに魚の料理店がありますなどのアピールで、客を集めることができるのではないでしょうか。

ウェルカムドリンクはアルコールもあり大変良かったです。朝食はバイキングのはずでしたが、普通の和定食でした。一言連絡頂きたかったなと思います。お風呂は大変良かったです。

夜遅いチェックインでしたが、温かく迎えてくださりました。 海が目の前でお風呂も広々としていて気持ちよかったです。朝食に出た鯖も大きく脂があり美味しかったです。 キッズのアメニティセットもありがたかったです。

他のグランドホテルに比べて古い。 豪華な感じがない。 入口付近がガッカリ。 お風呂とオーシャンビューは良かった。

ウェルカムアイスクリームサービスが子供たちに好評でした。海が近く、温泉もあり、楽しく過ごしました。

温泉が気持ちよく、ウェルカムドリンクや無料のアイス、朝のコーヒーなど嬉しかったです。 ただ温泉の手前でわかりにくくて、2泊したので2泊目にいただきました。 お部屋から海が見られて景観は最高でした。 朝食付きにしたのですが、次の日のメニューを変えていただけてうれしかったです。

温泉はとても心地よく入れました！ 施設全体が老朽化していること、食事の部分でほとんど選択肢がないことが今後の要望です？

宿泊費は高いが、それだけのクオリティがある。この値段で食事ができれば文句なし。

Close to famous attractions. Hotel room has great ocean view for sunrise .

1泊1人2万円300円の料金で朝食もなし。露天風呂もクローズで煎餅布団でした。茶菓子、冷蔵庫もなく、コンビニに買い出しに行く始末。ビジネスホテルの方が、よほど快適でした。酷いと言うより、悪質でした。犬吠埼に行っても「銚子グランドホテル」には、二度と泊まりません。快晴の天気と太平洋の眺望だけが、唯一の救いでした。

食事がついてなかったので それが残念だったけど 景色は最高です

食事がイマイチ

お部屋の窓や温泉から見える太平洋の眺めは格別でした。ホテルで教えてもらった日の出の時間に起床し見ることができました。何も遮ることが無く、あれだけきれいに日の出を見たのは初めてです。食事もとても美味しかったです。
