Clean great breakfast and lots of help at the front desk .. walk to the cruise port and around everything..

This Hotel is as described. Not fancy but absolutely spotless, lovely staff and very convenient to promenade and beach etc. Breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate. If you are looking for clean, convenient and friendly, this is for you

Staff was above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was simple, but inexpensive and delicious. I highly recommed. Excellent location - 3 min walk to the beach.

It was a nice place.

The hotel is clean but it's very basic in its offering. For example, in the room, they offered one bath towel, one hand towel, and two bottles of water - nothing more. The main issue was the noise related to the large garbage bins on the street right in front of the hotel. Check street-view on Google Maps and you'll see four large garbage bins in front of the hotel. People throw glass bottles into them at random times of the day, which it can be very loud. The worst was when they emptied them in the early morning. I stayed in two different rooms. The second room barely had hot water. It took 10 minutes to warm, and the hot water pressure was very low. The breakfast isn't worth getting, it's very basic, and I would recommend opting for something outside the hotel. On the good side, the staff were great and kind, and the room and hotel were clean.

We stayed in the hotel for a few nights before a cruise. It’s in an ideal location. 200 metres from the Canteras beach and 400 metres from Santa Catalina bus station which is just beside the cruise terminal. The commercial centre is 600 metres away. There’s a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets in the immediate surrounding area. A taxi to the old town is 6 Euros. Rooms are modern, clean, have a free safe, mini fridge, complimentary water & toiletries, and a nice bathroom with powerful shower. A quiet room coupled with comfortable beds and great latex pillows meant we got a good night’s sleep. We prepaid breakfast which offered high quality cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, breads, fruit and some hot options together with juices and coffee. The hotel has left luggage lockers and a courtesy toilet and shower facilities which we appreciated as we had a late flight. Staff were excellent: professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

First class front desk. Extremely helpfull. Nice clean, funtional hotel. Next to beach and walking distance to shopping malls.

Overall this hotel is lovely! Needs a better choice of TV channels and the breakfast offering was limited and changed daily, but the quality of it was good. As for the area, if you want a nightlife, then this isn’t the area of Gran Canaria for you. They’re developing so lots of construction noise etc so not the hotels fault but something to consider if you haven’t been before!

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Nachts war es auf der Straße laut. Zimmer war klein aber okay. Lage war gut, nah am Strand und Lokalen.

Personal muy amable la habitacion muy comoda , Con nevera y Tv de gran tamaño. Cerca de la playa y de santa catalina.
