good staff

I had a great stay at the Pyramids Lounge. Ehab and Mohamad were extremely helpful in setting up tours of the pyramids, sakara/dashour and Alexandria. I would have been totally lost without them arranging everything. It was safe and informative and easy for me. I even left a bag of mine in the taxi from the airport to the hotel and Ehab was able to help me retrieve it! Really saved a disaster there. Would definitely recommend, price is great and the view of the pyramids during breakfast is amazing!

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooftop café offered stunning views of the pyramids and the Sphinx. I highly recommend this place.

Mohamed and Ehab were very kind and helpful in arranging tours and getting meals. They were always quick to help if I needed something. The room was very spacious, clean, and affordable.

We changed our plans so we’re not able to stay at this hotel. For this reason we cannot leave a review.

Ehab welcomed me and helps me alot, Even I check in late, he arrange dinner for me, get a cheap and great tour for pyramid trips and gave good advice around the city.

I was given a lovely room and no hassle and able to come and go as I pleased Massive breakfast every morning and cuteness cats along with an excellent view of the Sphinx and pyramids. Excellent hosts and great price what’s not to like

This place was amazing! The view cannot be beat we couldn’t believe that you could see all 3 pyramids and the sphinx right on the doorstep. The staff were incredible, organised tours at reasonable prices and always checking on us. They ordered food for us and always made sure we had enough water. There is a great rooftop to relax and the room is comfortable with good AC. We are so glad we stayed here and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Incredible view on the pyramids. Really nice hosts that can help you with everything. And are interesting to talk to. They can organise great tours that I enjoyed. I'm definitely planning on coming back in the future.

Unique was, how friendly the staff was. They provided us with good ägyptian dinner and breakfast with spcial view to the pyramids, THX many times again
