The room was very nice and the location was great.

I was given a very warm welcome and the home felt cozy and quaint. Room was very nice and private.

For the price this place is PERFECT. The shower and Bed were of great quality and the homeowner was supper attentive and communicated throughout my stay. So if you're looking for something not so expensive and of great value this is the place to go.

Very nice!

Clean and quiet

This is a room in a three bedroom house. I was advised of a young mother and child staying there but not of the couple who were cooking something when I arrived. I liked the lack of carpet but did not like being required to remove my shoes.

I was attending a conference so I didn't get to check in until later in the evening. So it took a little longer to find the house. I was able to use the code to open the front door as well as the door to my room. I would suggest putting room numbers on the 3 bedroom doors. There was another person from my conference staying there as well. Because there weren't any numbers on the bedroom doors we kept trying his code on all 3 bedrooms and it didn't seem to work. So he had to call for help and they helped him identify and get into his room. My room as well as the rest of the house was very clean. My bed was very comfortable. I am attending the same conference next year and will stay there again if it's not booked.

The room was nice. But the bed was firm, and I prefer soft beds. When I turned on the shower water shot up which I found very odd. Water would not come out like a regular shower it was just a powerful stream coming from the side and I had to hold the shower head to rise off.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the perfect solution to my quick trip to Tampa.

It was my first time staying here for business. I’ll be back if I can quote The Terminator. The price was right & the area is very appealing. I hope to book the same room next time.

Room was very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and good hot shower with nice water pressure. My only suggestion is to have extra towels and wash clothes. I will Stay again.
