Excellent location. The rooms are larger than the average and the furniture very new. The breakfast is reasonably good (somewhat above the average). The reception team is very kind (though one of my requests was not met).

Everything looks old and worn. I would rather stay in a different hotel. Don't expect much. One of the lights doesn't work. The fourth floor smells like pee. I'm just being honest. I expected a tidy 3-4 star hotel but it is far from what I expected. Not up to today's standards. IBIS is much better at this price/category range.

The good - rooms were clean. Price and location are great. Breakfast tasty. The bad - took about 30 minutes to check in because of the paperwork. Hotel staff not happy to be there. Diamond status got me nothing here.

Clean rooms, breakfast is acceptable. Annoying issue with the room cards (didn't work at all times) making me step down to the reception very often. Elevator also was very poor quality and with the card issue it made me very angry. I was expecting more from the pictures available but in the end the hotel met my needs for this couple of nights tour in São Paulo.
