Ahmed at the front desk was nice, and Mona in housekeeping was stellar. I don't know the names of the bellman and breakfast staff, but they were all friendly as well. Most employees speak English.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with a clear view of Cairo Tower right from the street in front of the hotel. Many restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The price is very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast is included. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options, including fava beans, cheese, eggs, Egyptian bread, and more. The staff are very helpful, and I truly felt welcomed during my stay.

Room was clean with good A/C, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast choices. I felt very safe in the hotel as the staff always made sure whoever was entering was a patron. Wifi was iffy, but worked overall.

This was my second stay that Santana. The staff is friendly and courteous, and most speak English. There is a restaurant and two gift shops on site. Other restaurants, banking, and grocery stores are nearby. The Metro is about a 10-15 minute walk.

Good hotel. I will consider it in my next visit.

Des problèmes importants comme cet hôtel le petit-déjeuner est de très mauvaise qualité très peu de possibilités pas de fruits pas de jus pas d'eau les aliments sont trop salés et anciens réchauffer du bruit dans les couloirs des chambres .... Les portes d'entrée des chambres sont dégonder donc il y a le jour le bruit et le froid qui rentre.... État très moyen de l'hôtel ascenseur troué à son sol.... Eau avec du sable dans les douches .... Une seule scène en français pour 1000 chaînes en arabe deux chaînes en anglais.... La literie était propre et confortable le réceptionniste très souriant service en petit déjeuner à revoir médiocre

The hotel was even better than we thought! The rooms were big, new, and very tidy. The staff were super nice and always ready to help. The breakfast had many fresh and tasty choices. The location was great, close to attractions and buses or trains. We also liked the calm and peaceful feeling in the hotel.

部して屋に置いてあった物がなくなった。エレベーターが故障て中に閉じ込められて緊急のベルを鳴らして助けを求めて事無きを得ました。ここに泊まるのは危険です。
