The resort needs work as far as staff, cleaning, stocking of items and the app.

Lovely!

There were ants infested in our room and we had to ask twice for a different room. A lot of the staff had attitude problems and seemed like they didn’t want to be there or didn’t want us to be there. They knew it was our birthday but didn’t do anything special for us at all.

Just came back from an amazing stay and overall had a fantastic experience! The resort is beautiful, the staff were friendly shoutout to Melissa and Christina from Diamond Club, Michael and Chris butlers, Salwa front desk, Syana entertainment, Josiah from Oasis and of course Big Dave for excursions along the beach! The food options were solid across the board. I had requested on Expedia a room with two beds but unfortunately received one instead, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, while the drinks were flowing, the quality was a bit inconsistent unless you were ordering from the Diamond Club- those were definitely a step above. Still, the atmosphere, the beach, and the service made up for it. Highly recommend for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway and I’d absolutely return!

The property and beach was beautiful! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful! Every meal was delicious and the pool side food truck was awesome!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Upgrading to the Diamond club is something I highly suggest! Having someone help make reservations, and navigate the resort is so helpful! Will for sure look at going to some of the other resorts owned by Royalton!!!

Very nice

Requesting multiple times for wash cloths. The staff would tidy up our room and leave towels most times but getting wash cloths in a timely manner was absolutely ridiculous. I had the experience of visting Antigua but i don't think I'll stay at this resort again

It’s a newer facility so they’re still working out the kinks. Gibson was a wonderful attendant in helping us check in.

We had a great time, location is great, only 20 minutes from the airport. Main pool however needs attention, not the cleanest and I didn’t feel inclined to go in, thankfully there is a large quiet pool in which we spent 99%of the time there. Not too many restaurants, basically 3 ( Italian, Steak house and a buffet) and a 4th one (Pescari - Sushi) paid separately unless you are diamond club. The menus do have lots of options. Steaks cooked to perfection. Servers were attentive. The local staff don’t seem friendly at first, however once you interact with SOME will open up, others will not even respond to a good morning. I do recommend, we had a great time and met very nice people.

Extremely disappointed in this Royalton property. One bar open at 10 AM restaurants closed on several nights I paid for was a wall of air conditioners. Would not stay here again! Really should be advising people when it’s off-season to make an informed decision on where to stay the fact that I could not eat anything the first night because all the restaurants were closed, But one. Terrible experience!

My husband injured his knee in a hot tub the did not have railing centered or on both sides of the steps. Limited alcohol and told several times they were out of vodka and Jack Daniels. Some staff seemed miserable and could care less about customer service and lastly their third party tour company for excursions did not make sure we were on the right excursion. Paid too much money and did not get what we expected or paid for and the resort did not seem to care.

Bad experience overall. Terrible customer service. Terrible food. Views are nice at least

I enjoyed the hotel rooms, bed, air conditioner. Nice resort, pretty good food. Breakfast buffet can use another person making omelettes. Great layout of the resort. Certain bars ran out of vodka or tequila and were never replenished. Running to different locations to make 1 drink. A hassle to make dinner reservations, recommend making them your first day. Overall nice resort, for an adults only.
