Very good position for onward journey

The room was very clean and newly renovated. The staff were accommodating to our quick need of a room due to missing the train. Coffee in the room, toothbrush and tooth pad along with bottled water was a nice addition to our stay.

The room was small, it was big enough to have the bed and two small night stands with a tv on the wall on the side of the bed, so you had to watch either laying on your side or laying across the bed. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The only thing dirty was the toilet brush scrub that was visible on the side of the toilet (gross). They only had a little 3 prong rack with three hangers. But The room had a small luggage space that could have easily had some shelves or a bar to use as a closet, which would have been nice. They had two complementary bottles of water which was nice. AC worked great and there was plenty of hot water. Bed was decent. Staff was great and kind. Overall I would recommend.

Location is great but it was a terrible night's sleep due to the corridor light remaining on all nights and a massive gap in the door frame letting in the light Breakfast room is too small and I ended up not having breakfast at all

Great location. Perfect for single travelers. This property has no lifts/elevators and staff were very helpful with carrying my luggage up and down the stairs.

clean room,handy location.expensive because it was weekend of marathon,so not worth the price.but,no complaints.

Its is close proximity to Kingscross with oots of shops around. Breakfast was crappy and not value for money moreso it was between 7 and 9am which is awkward. Wash hand basin was leaking with no fixing. Hot water was not running hence we could not have our shower. Very very poor property management and hospitality.

The price is not worth the value

The room I was given had no TV working which was a pain, however the receptionist was very helpful in trying to get it sorted and when he couldn’t gave me another room with working tv which I did appreciate. I marked down due to having to pay a security deposit despite having paid in full for my room and two days later I’ve still not had this returned which is really not fair

We paid for a deluxe double room. I have absolutely no idea what was deluxe about it. It was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The staircase was so narrow you couldn't carry a suitcase up beside you but had to hold it in front of you instead - not easy! We were in transit and had 4 suitcases but the room was so small

Room spotless, staff very good

Front door was broken upon arrival. They were opening and closing the doors to check if it was fixed, but kept me waiting outside on a cold day rather than letting me in into the warmth first. Paid for a premium room which mentioned robes, hairdryer etc but the room had none of these (don’t feel you should have to ask at the desk, if this is the case, when it’s been paid for!) However they did allow me to store my bags early and the desk staff were nice

It was a great stay for a 2-night period. The place was clean and compact. The staff gave us the essentials. I would recommend it if you need a short stay near King’s Cross station.

Room was clean, however the room was very small, shower was very very small. My room was right next to reception, I could hear reception speaking on the phone from my room, so that wasn't great. The room doors made a huge noise when they close, so got woken up twice for rooms next door opening and closing their rooms. Bed was comfortable. My stay overall was ok, but most likely I'll try somewhere else next time
