Excellent hotel, with very hospitable staff. Room is large (for Japan) with large private natural onsen bath. Food was very good, quantity was just right.

Excellent property with a lot of interesting fine details. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was a birthday occasion for us. Several staff came in to sing birthday song with placards. And gave us complimentary photo.

All the stuff at the property were extremely friendly. The location is very good. Food is very good. Also ochacha store accross the street. The owner is extremely friendly

お部屋は広くてゆったり😊 常に部屋風呂も沸いていて、嬉しかったです♪ 祝い事をしたのですが、サプライズを用意してくださり思いがけず、ビックリ‼️ おまけに、その時撮った写真までもらってよく記念になりました。 スタッフのみなさん、とても気持ちいい対応だったので良い旅行となりました。

excellent hospitality

2歳の娘と両親との旅行でした。スタッフの皆さんが娘にも優しく対応して下さり、感謝です。食事も早く食べ終えた娘が飽きないようにおもちゃや絵本が用意されてあり、大人もゆったりと過ごすことができました。 お部屋も清潔で、お宿全体が畳で靴下で移動できるのも快適でした！

父の91歳の誕生日を兼ねて3度目の嬉野温泉来訪。ここのお宿は素晴らしい。スタッフも笑顔でとても親切でした。 お部屋の内風呂、露天風呂の大浴場、サウナも清潔。夕食、朝食も個室でした。料理長自ら選んだ食器も美しく、お料理もとても美味しく大満足の旅でした。

お誕生日旅行として、大好きな八十八にしました。温泉、施設、ご飯、サービス最高です。 お誕生日旅行とは言ってませんでしたが、スタッフさんが気づいて下さり、お祝いして頂き感激でした。 あと、朝食のサラダにかけるドレッシングが大好き過ぎて、毎回購入してます。

いろんな所でお茶や珈琲・アイス・饅頭など、思いがけないサービスが沢山あり、食事も大変美味しくスタッフの方々の対応も素晴らしく気持ち良く滞在出来ました。素敵な宿で、また利用したいです！

房間整潔，設施齊備，唯梳化擺位不是正面向電視機，

温泉、食事、お部屋、全て良かったです。スタッフさんも皆さん笑顔で、親切な対応に気持ちよく寛げました。嬉野茶が館内のあちこちで飲めたり、せいろでふかしたお饅頭があったりというのも楽しめました。また、行きたいお宿です。
