There is NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE! The hotel is gorgeous, very stylish, 6 min from the Accra airport, but THERE IS NO SHUTTLE.

This place have roaches and extermination should be enforced immediately. Check in was challenging being that our host never showed up or answer her phone. When I did get in contact with her/host she sounded like she was asleep and never appeared to meet us at the check in counter. The internet does not work properly and the washrooms stinks. Bring your own towels because they smell like a few bodies have already dried off with them. I’ve been here in the past and I won’t return. I’m good! The only thing that looked beautiful are the swimming pools.

Was okay There is no airport shuttle as advertiser. My sheets eere ripped and the balɛony door did not work. The staff kept telling me they cant do anything my host had to sort it but that wasnt made clear and i didnt hear from her sometimes.

My bedsheets were torn and I did not have a room as the one listed

Room was in excellent condition, staffing awesome

The staff were excellent at the work. One day I got violently ill and a security guard was so empathetic and acted quickly to ensure i could get into the unit. The restaurant staff were awesome and the property manager for my unit was very accommodating . I also appreciated the consistency with the room cleaning and the beautifully kept property. I look forward to my next return.

This is my absolute favorite place to stay in Accra. Fantastic amenities, one of the most secure location in Accra right next to the US and France embassies. Friendly staff and clean Appartment with a great service to match. As someone who travels quite a lot, this place is as good as it gets. I Highly recommend them

Honestly, this is a nice place with so much confusion, disorderliness, and disorientation. The reception is only there log you into the system, once that is done, they wash their hands off you completely, anything you need, they direct you to your reservation. They aren’t there to help you with questions which is not just abnormal but stressful especially for people new to the country. The door of the apartment I stayed was bad, I had to call the booking reservation agent to get it fixed and it still didn’t get fixed. You will need a universal plug to charge your gadgets. No one actually takes their time to properly check you in and show you around, I didn’t know hot water was in the kitchen, I got into the shower and it wouldn’t change. I had to come out and called the reservation. The restaurant is small, doesn’t fit people in the building, some had to leave. This place needs to be more customer centric. People are just nonchalant…

The place is nice and good but there was no quality service. No know to inform you of the place, I had to call for hot water, charging port etc.

I arrived only to find out my reservation could not be fulfilled. I was told they are fully booked. What a nightmare!
