the team is cooperative at all extent and are very sweet always assist you in. Everything the Front office and Housekeeping is making my stay absolutely awesome , they also offered me a good room in my category when I felt uncomfortable in my room , that's a great gesture .The Front office and Housekeeping needs alot of appreciation for their all efforts -418 , Good Job Guys , Do good in your career ..

Very bad hotel cleanliness zero, washrooms have strains. Only mattress provided for extra person and need to sleep on floor. Only 1 litre water for 3 people for 24 hrs. Free breakfast Ok not really good. Cold bhaturas very difficult to eat.

Just now I had booked the hotel rooms. But the rooms are not properly clean especially the room toilets, in toilet water taps are broken. And room service are too late. We have booked the hall also, but there was also no prompt service. You have to search the service person & if you found anybody & you ask him about your service , he don't know about that.No proper communication between staff. No clenenes at buffe room & the service staff eating pan masala while giving the service to newly wed couple 😡the servicing person don't know how to hold the food items & how & when to serve 😡 Above was my experience very recent. My suggestion is to think twice before booking, Hotel & banquat 🙏

Worst Experience Rooms not properly clean linen n bedsheet was smelly pillow covers not changed very bad smell in bathroom doormat was like not washed since years . and above all that , in breakfast we found cockroach in our plate . breakfast was horrible totally not recommended..

Had an absolutely horrible experience at the hotel. The service was unprofessional, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to guest comfort. The room was poorly maintained — dirty sheets, broken fixtures, and a foul smell throughout. Even basic requests took ages to be addressed. Overall, it felt less like a stay and more like a test of patience.
