Location is great and more importantly, for a family of 4 it’s great value. Tram and underground within 5 min walk to take you to the centre. Lots of amenities also very close by. Only 1 lift is very limited and can imagine it causing delays when busy. The apartment hotels Room with living room was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A brilliant experience overall.

Everything was ok, no even any trouble

Very quiet, safe and convenient. 1 block of Tram station... they offer to change a room after 2 days claiming ac didnt work, but was very fresh...didnt need it, so we kept the same room. Remodeled. Washer included and espresso machine, oven, kitchen, tv. Really nice for 4 nights in family.

Room was clean but the bed was horribly hard. You need a physical key to enter room and the locks are not the best. Food options are very limited and there is no air conditioning in the lobby or eating area

Stayed in a superior 3 bedroom apartment with 2 teenagers and a 7 year old. This was the perfect base for us to explore Budapest. The apartment was spotless and the facilities were great. Staff were lovely. Couldn’t fault it for the cost and we would definitely return!

Second time staying here. Fantastic hotel, well maintained. Well appointed quiet rooms, perfect after a long day bopping around the city.

The room was very comfortable and large giving more privacy. Has elevator for special needs ♥️ Loud Fire alarm sounded at 6:30am our first morning and building evacuation down 6 flights of stairs for a false alarm and no communication w us. However, the staff was helpful in trying to replace my medication lost when startled by alarm. I am awaiting a response from management for medication replacement cost.

Lovely clean hotel with a great team working for all your needs. We were early for check in and only planning to leave our bags but were advised the room is ready, so we got settled before venturing out to the city. The staff are all helpful and accommodating too, on the last day they kept our bags until the afternoon as our flight was in the evening. Most of the city attractions are all walking distance and the hotel is located on a very quiet street away from the noise. We stayed in the two bed apartment and the rooms were great, comfy bed and a bonus to have our own kitchen too. Would highly recommend this hotel for any future stays in Budapest, especially with the family and kids.

Fantastic location, fabulous room.

The service was friendly, check-in was quick, and parking was convenient — but unfortunately, the positives ended there. The room’s cleanliness and upkeep left much to be desired: dirty walls, fingerprints on the windows, stained decorative pillows, and even writing on the wall by the bed. The bathroom rack had peeling paint, the rug was dirty, and the keyhole was literally filled with toilet paper due to lack of proper maintenance. To top it off, the coffee was terrible. With some attention to cleaning and repairs, this could be a great place — but as it is, I wouldn’t return.

Great value and space for the price. Neighborhood is fine but a bit of a hike from major attractions.

Very modern and spacious room. The area is very convenient for discovering Budapest by foot. The tram stops are nearby to take you to all the sites. Couple of convenience stores just around the corner. We loved it!

Not really a 4 Star, more like 3.5 stars. I booked one large bed but ended up with 2 small uneven beds! Also, If you ask for customary complimentary late check out they will require additional fees.
