Great find. Fab little hotel in the best location. Room cleaned every day (just put sign on door) and towels changed. Hand wash and shower gel provided. Easy access (if you arrive before 2pm your code won’t work but there is a number on the door to ring). Plenty of drawers and hanging space and safe with key provided (no charge). The only negative was the hairdryer which really needs an upgrade. Would definitely stay again.

Property was spotless, beds were comfy, bathroom had a lovely spacious shower, plenty of storage space. We were at the back of the property so it was quiet and the location was fantastic - one road back from the esplanade and next to the old town. Appreciated the communal coffee machine and tea making facilities. Having a code to access the block, room and floor was perfect as we didn’t need to carry a key. Would definitely stay here again

Would have liked a better view than what we had. Hotel didn't seem fully booked so probably had better rooms with views of the city. Very good customee service.

Great location

We arrived early, but had a very friendly greeting and were allowed to check in early as our room was ready. The hostal is set in a very convenient spot in the city, very close to the beach, castle and museums, and with plenty of dining options. The room was bright, clean and well equipped. Check in instructions could be more clear, but would definitely recommend. Tip: a door code is emailed ahead of arrival, but you need to remember the # key after the number. The code will not work until 3pm on your day of arrival, so use the telephone number if you arrive early.

Thank you, all was good. I didn't understand how to enter the building at first, only after a call I received a code for the entrance doors and my room. But the lady on the phone was very kind and helpful. Thank you! The stay and location are very nice, and it's a quiet place.

A great find close to the old town and near to everything. Room was clean, good shower. Even free coffee when we wanted.location to Porr, transport and old town fabulous

It’s good to stay for a day or two. There’s no lighting at the staircases so better to take the elevator. Sound insulation could be improved.

It was great. Free coffee and 1 complimentary bottle water per guest. Friendly and not ce people working there.

The check in process was very bad. Nobody was there to let us in at10:00, even though they are supposed to open at 10:00. The entrance is in an ally. Luckily the cleaning woman came along. She apologized that nobody was there. Someone arrived at 11:15. They wasted our vacation time which is precious to me. Would not go again.

We were anxious as we entered - the lift was very dilapidated - obv being renovated - but once we got in the room it was v good - absolutely everything we needed.

Hostel was very clean, fridge in room, free coffee/Tea,central to everything, felt very safe, only problem was entering building for check in,I had emailed our Arrival time but didn’t get reply, but luckily the main gate was open due to area being cleaned.

Excellent value for money. Good sized room, really comfortable bed and great shower. Location perfect, minutes from the port and castle, lots of good restaurants and bar's in locality

Petfect location near the beach, port and city with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Room was all we needed, clean and good facilities of coffee machine in hallway. Nothing fancy but ideal for a weekend in Alicante.

Place is a bit outdated, overall ok for the price. They failed to communicate in advance the code for the room, despite me specifically asking twice. Only after I waited next to the room for 30 min and chased them via phone and WhatsApp they responded.
