Not good clean room and Staff and Breakfast and room small And Unfair price for the room size

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious and everything is nice. Staff were well trained and very attentive. I recommend this place to all visits Al Ula. It is cheaper than Banyan but it offers good value.

Wonderful property and friendly staff. Not too close to some attractions but traffic is light in this town so it’s easy to get around. Would happily stay here again. Clean and modern.

Cloud7 is an oasis overlooked by a rugged landscape that surrounds the town of Al Ula. From the moment you set foot in the residence, the staff cannot do enough for you, and go the extra mile to make you feel like a rock star. They all know your name, maybe in part due to the small number of guests, but they will all welcome you with a greeting and smile. The residence has a swimming pool, and a sports bar where you can indulge in a game of pool, darts, and fussball, that also doubles as a café which will serve you the usual burgers and pizzas, along with other delights such as a Thai green curry and tempura prawns. The main restaurant will serve you a decent breakfast with an egg station to whip up any type of omelette, and also doubles as the main dinner venue. There is also a padel court and other activities to keep you occupied should you find the need. The onsite gym is well stocked with plenty of equipment - more than enough to create a decent workout whether it's weights or cardio. The rooms are of a good size and more like a small apartment with an outside terrace, a separate living room, bathroom, and bedroom, and also a small kitchenette where you can make tea and coffee if you feel the need. The whole residence is spotlessly clean with staff visibly cleaning and sweeping constantly. If you find yourself on business or even as a tourist in Al Ula, Cloud7 should be at the top of your list for a home from home and well worth a visit to find comfort and relaxation.

Loves the stay and will come back in the future. Great price and value for the money. Really nice cozy apartment, facilities and meal. The breakfast was amazing. Location is great, close to the main attractions and to the old town.

I really had a great time during our stay in Cloud7, Kudos to Mr. Marlon, house keeping supervisor and Rasel, everything we expected and requests were met above and beyond, we felt so spoiled. There’s heated pool, padel/sports area, gym, caravans, restaurants and etc. I mean there’s so many things to do. Thanks to Mohammad & Rana, caddy attendants for welcoming & touring us around the residence. What a great experience indeed! And lastly, my most favorite part is their excellent and amazing gourmet breakfast (one of a kind!). They are so generous and the food was SUPERB! I’m definitely coming back with my family next time. Wish I could share my photos! The view is amazing!!!

It's a beautiful, modern, and new resort-style hotel! The food is amazing, as well as the service and hospitality. Everyone is super friendly.

Chambre très fonctionnelle, nombreuses prises, excellente connexion internet. Bons équipements. Personnel agréable. Prix très très cher par rapport à la prestation. Lit petit, chambre et salons petits sans originalité. On a l'impression d'être dans une chaîne de type IBIS ou Formule 1... Établissement isolé. Aucun magasin ou restaurant à proximité. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant sur place, les prix étant comme celui de la chambre... (80 SAR pour une pauvre salade césar...).
