The hotel is clean, well-equipped, reasonably priced, and close to the city center. The hotel reception staff are enthusiastic.

The standard room for two people is a bit small but fully equipped, clean, affordable, comfortable, 5 stars. I will definitely come back to experience it again if I have the chance to visit Hue.

This is my second time staying here, each time for 5 nights. The rooms are nice and clean. I found the Superior room category quite good, as the lower-category rooms were a bit small. The reception staff were very helpful. The rooms are right in the city center, convenient for getting anywhere. I think the price here is the best in this area. Next time I come to Hue, I will definitely stay at Banh Inn again.

The room had cockroaches. I requested a room change but was refused. The receptionist told me to give them a mosquito racket to kill the cockroaches myself, or to call them whenever I saw them. But if I called them, they would have already run away; they wouldn't have stayed put. The room smelled awful, the air conditioning and lights shone directly in my face. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The free drinking water came in glass bottles, not regular bottled water, so given the poor hygiene, I wouldn't dare drink it. The bedsheets were dirty. The floor and table were dusty. Everything else was acceptable because of the cheap price, except for the cockroaches. Don't choose to stay here.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, the rooms were decent and clean. The location was convenient. My only suggestion is that the towels and blankets had a musty smell, possibly from not being properly dried or not thoroughly machine-dried. I would return if I have the chance to visit Hue again.

The room has a window, but it only has an indoor atrium view, not an outdoor view. There's a cleaning staff member every day between 10-12 pm (depending on your request). The homestay also rents out motorbikes, which are new and of good quality. Overall, it's great, located right in the city center, in the Western Quarter, making it convenient to get anywhere. There are many good restaurants nearby.

The rooms were clean, the toilets were very clean, and they had hot and cold water. It would be even better if they also had a hairdryer. I would definitely come back if I have the chance.

The reception staff were lovely, the rooms were clean and airy, with cute colors. Although the weather in Hue was humid, the rooms didn't smell musty. There was a small courtyard for motorbikes. We were a couple with a child under 2 years old, and the 1.4m bed was a bit cramped. It was quite cozy here, close to a pharmacy, convenience store, vegetarian restaurant, and tourist attractions.

I just checked in and haven't even had a chance to check in yet, but I had to write an online review immediately because of how lovely this place is... * I booked the room on Traveloka, saw the pictures, but didn't expect it to be this beautiful. It's gorgeous, nestled in a quiet street, the home is bright and peaceful. If you love tranquility, I think this is the perfect choice. * When I checked in and opened the door, I exclaimed: WOW! The room is small but perfectly sized, neat, and sophisticated. Everything is complete and feels very clean and poetic. Arriving in Hue at night, I didn't get to see the street outside, but just looking at the home was enough to feel romantic. * And there's the table too, but I'm putting my things in it so I can't upload a picture, but the chair is also very pretty. Free water is provided in a lovely glass bottle. There's even coffee and an electric kettle ready. * In short, I couldn't be more satisfied 🥰 5 stars!

I went during the historic flood season, the homeowner was very attentive and called to ask about the situation all the time, supported me a lot, the room was spacious, the balcony was very chill, but the thing is, I went during the flood season, the floor was always damp, the dehumidifier couldn't keep it down, I will definitely come back to Hue and back to Banh In

The room quality is really good compared to the price. I love the vintage style of this homestay, full facilities, spacious toilet and bathroom. If I visit Hue, I will definitely come back. The only thing is that the homestay name outside is a bit vague, hard to find.

Colorful interior, very funky, very suitable for my taste. Free water, tea, coffee in the room. Friendly staff. Convenient location, near walking street, surrounded by many amenities. Most importantly, reasonable price for a double room.

The room is spacious but the toilet and bathroom are too small and look cramped. It seems like the staff took money from the laundry. 2kg of clothes cost 100k, which is too expensive, so from the next day I brought it out myself, the price was 17k for 1kg. Before arriving, the staff said I could drink free filtered water from the fridge, but when paying, they still charged me.

The restroom is clean and meets all customer needs. However, I find that the owner or staff is not very friendly with customers.
