Netflix doesn't work, I've reported it to the receptionist twice and an officer came and promised to take care of it, I waited but he didn't come back, there was dust on the mattress. Senang sekali bisa menginap di hotel Zora Heritage ini. Room-nya cozy, nyaman, bersih, pelayanan staff hotel juga ramah. Hanya 1 yang mengganjal, masalah parkiran yang sempit, belum lagi masalah jukir liar. Mungkin untuk ke depannya bisa lebih ditertibkan untuk juru parkir liar a.k.a pak ogah-nya agar kenyamanan pengunjung bisa semakin membaik. But overall, puas dengan hotel ini. Terima kasih

Untuk ruangan sendiri nyaman, hanya saja ranjang tidurnya berbunyi ketika dinaikin, ada bagian dinding yang bernoda, toileters hanya untuk 1 pengunjung padahal dalam pemesanan tertera 2 pengunjung, air kamar mandi sempat menggenang saat digunakan untuk mandi karena letak pembuangan tidak strategis untuk air mengalir, dan pengisian ulang air minum sempat tidak dapat digunakan untuk air panas namun sudah membaik lagi. Untuk overall worth it di tempat ini, namun dari ulasan ini semoga ada perbaikan lebih baik lagi. Tapi jujur sangat nyaman di sini.
