Staff very responsive and helpful even though we check-in in the middle of the night, the room very clean and neat. Utensils are complete and much reducing our travel cost for food preps.

Căn hộ này không có lễ tân, nên thủ tục checkin hơi lâu, mới tới thì bảo vệ sẽ gọi cho chủ căn hộ và mình ngồi đợi, tầm hơn 30phút, xong lên phòng thì khách trả mà chưa dọn, nên lại đợi thêm dọn tầm 20phút nữa. Căn hộ gần mall Lalaport cg tiện, phòng cg nhỏ, được view cg ok, có hồ bơi ở tầng 5. Với những ai tiếng anh không rành mà đặt căn hộ không có lễ tân thì mình thấy thủ tục hơi lâu, mà hỏi bảo vệ nhiều cg mất công.

Apartemenya dan kamarnya bersih, dekat dan bisa jalan kaki ke Bukit Bintang. Dari 2 Kamar yang ada, 1 kamar ac rusak. Mau melapor tidak bisa, karena tidak ada petugas reseptionis yang berjaga.
