The location is very strategic, near Oro2 market. The hotel is an old building at the front, the room vibe is old-fashioned, but clean. Only the bed/mattress needs to be replaced for sleeping comfort, the springs feel. The night guard is only 1 person and doesn't understand about the kitchen so when borrowing a bottle opener, he doesn't know where it is.

It's worth the price, just for sleeping. There was no receptionist when checking out.

Close to places to eat, close to Oro Oro market, in the morning you can find food and eat there.

The first time I chose this hotel because it was close to CFDan. I didn't expect anything from this hotel, but it turned out to be comfortable, quiet, there's a cafe, the place is clean, the room + bathroom is clean, the hot water is okay, the AC is also cold. I think it will be a regular when I go to Malang.
