The location is good, not far from the market, and there are many restaurants around the hotel. However, there is no hairdryer in the room; if you want to borrow one from the front desk, there's a 200 baht deposit. Some of the front desk staff lack service mind and make unpleasant facial expressions towards customers. I understand that it might be busy at certain times, but you need to be understanding in the service industry.

The location is quite good, right in the city center. The price is affordable, the rooms are clean, and it's convenient for getting around. I'll definitely stay there again if I go to Surat Thani.
