Good hotel and good price ……………,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,……………..

The room is good, the staff is good, but the floor is starting to get bad.

The staff at the lobby were very welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful for us, suitable for relaxation.

This time I got a room on the 6th floor. The most unacceptable thing was the smell of the pipes in the bathroom. When I opened the door I was shocked. There was no exhaust fan. Even when the bathroom door was closed, the smell came into the bedroom. I slept in the bad smell all night. It was terrible. The air conditioner filter was very dirty. The floor covering material was falling off. We tried to cover it with cloth tape but it fell off. The shower head broke so the water didn't spray strongly. This will probably be the last time I stay here.

The room does not have a hair dryer. If you use it, you have to pay an additional deposit. The floor of the room is damaged. The counter only accepts cash for service. Food only accepts bank transfers. If during the time the app cannot transfer money, you cannot pay in cash. The staff is not willing to provide service. Stay once and that's enough 😅

The room is of suitable size, with parking space and a reasonable price.

The elevator is very slow. Please fix the lift urgently!!!! The receptionist did not give good information at first. They did not answer the phone.

Arrived almost 16:00 but the room was not ready. The lady who checked me in would not tell me anything after check-in process. She just told me to wait until 10 mins later after seeing other guest checked into their room I check with them what was wrong. Another kind and nice lady apologized me that the room was not ready and tried to offer to some drinks but I refused as I just needed a room to rest after finish working night shift and almost two hours of traveling to the hotel. They ended up switching my room with other after my complaint.

The school is located in the city center and community. It is convenient to travel and has a parking lot. However, the walkway is old and looks swollen. However, the room is okay for the price.

The bathroom has yellow stains. It's like it hasn't been scrubbed. It smells like urine. When I spray water on it, the smell fades away.. Unfortunately, everything is fine.

The rooms are not very soundproof. Just people talking outside the room can make the noise come into the room, which can be shocking at times.

The air in the room is not circulating. The air conditioner is not cool. I feel very suffocated in the room, the elevator, and the surrounding area. However, the staff provided good service.
