The place is close to the station and mall. There's Padang food inside the hostel, so you don't have to worry about ordering food online. The rooms are cabins, with plywood walls and curtain doors. My suggestion is that after guests check out, the cabins should be cleaned and tidied up, because when I entered the cabin, there was still hair from the previous guest who used the cabin. The bathroom is generally adequate, although there are ventilation holes that sometimes make you paranoid about someone peeking in. In conclusion, it's suitable for solo backpackers at an affordable price. If you want better quality, it's better to get a hotel. Again, you get what you pay for.

It's very uncomfortable downstairs because the people upstairs can't stay still. The room shakes, and you can't sleep until you oversleep on the train.

Traveloka should terminate their partnership with Rubikz Hostel & Cafe because it's like a caged hut. I'm very disappointed. I took the executive room, but what amenities did I get? 1. No toilet. 2. The bathroom was full of worms. 3. The room wasn't soundproof. 4. Lots of mosquitoes. 5. The AC wasn't cold. 6. No towels or soap. 7. No water.

Shocking by booked this property. I'm not expected that it will be this horrible. Check in was manual writing in booked, no have proper reception table, it was just Warung Padang table. Bed sheet looks old, no blanket, washroom sharing but not sure about cleanliness because I just check in and left this property after 10 min and the owner not even return a single money aftee I cancel. Well it 's my mistake because it 's written non-refundable but hey humanity exist, how you can take charges for the customer who not even use your service. I don't recommend you to try this property.

As someone who loves to vacation, the friendliness of the host is the main thing. Imagine, we step into an area, go to the inn which can be said to be tired, then faced with an unfriendly officer. For me, Rubikz has completely failed to give a pleasant impression. Furthermore, the facilities are very bad. My capsule room was only covered by a sheet, not a curtain. The light socket did not work, so I slept with the light on. The mattress was also bad. My back hurt after sleeping. Even before I fell asleep, it was very uncomfortable. If the officers were informative, friendly, and willing to take responsibility, maybe I could review this place more smoothly. Unfortunately, I did not get that. I do not recommend this inn at all. Poor facilities, zero friendliness, questionable cleanliness. Completely not worth it.
