excellent location between bastia and the airport 10 min to the port and the citadel which has 24 hour parking 15 min to airport 6 min drive to beach which has free parking not a walk to the beach tho

The Hôtel provides a good breakfast .The fabric of the hotel needs repairing in some places ,our room was lovely and clean although there was a water leak from the air conditioning system which was dealt with promptly

L’hôtel est très bien, le personnel est vraiment agréable, la salle de sport est top. J’ai profité d’un massage d’une heure avec Virginie, je la recommande sans hésitation. Merci encore pour ce moment de détente.

The desk clerks at the hotel were excellent particularly Alex who did whatever she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the food and the service in the dining room. We were very disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room--the only hotel of the 11 on our trip. We could store things in their fridge but that is not the same. Also there were no amenities such as shower cap or makeup remover pads, body lotion. Alex did get some for me but it would be nice to provide those in the room.

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was really nice

Lovely staff stayed there to get to Airport early next morning--straight down the motorway-20 minutes Difficult to get to unless you knew how to get off the motorway-but once you did the entrance/exit was obvious! Quiet. Tasty buffet that night.Would stay again

Lovely stay, beautiful breakfast. Free parking, did not have a chance to enjoy the amenities.

Overall extremely satisfied. The checking and out were great. Front reception were always informative and helpful, they went out of there to help. You can not fault any of the staff. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Only down fall it's a bit of a hike to Bastia centre. You can't have everything. Beautiful local beach. Quiet location next to massive supermarket.

Hotel L'Ostella was quite good. We arrived late afternoon and were greeted by a lady at reception who spoke excellent English. Our motorcycles were given the best parking right on the entry to the hotel. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable if a little outdated. The pool and relaxation area again is a little dated but relatively comfortable. Fantastic breakfast with an egg station where they made fresh eggs - an omelette or fried - really very nice. The coffee could have been better though..... As the hotel is quite a way out of the old/historic town they offer something special every night for dinner. We were there on Wednesday and Thursday nights and they had a paella night and live music on the respective nights. Great service and well priced. Good on you Ostella! The area is not too flash though - quite industrial in a new way. There's a big supermarket complex nearby and the local beach is a longish walk from the hotel - part of which is along the train line!! Tip: if you're leaving on an early ferry ensure you pay your account the night before!

Limited food offering, near enough nothing at times of the year. Good breakfast. So plan what you are doing. Pool OK. Good gym

Very hard to find as we arrived in evening at Bastia airport. Staff very friendly. Room was ok for the night. They were having a group conference so it was very noisy in lobby area. Fools was mediocre to poor in restaurant and expensive. Not a good value.

Be sure to read the small print. The Hotel calls itself Spa Restaurant but apparently the Restaurant doesn't operate in the winter (September) and the pool was closed for maintenance so I can't review that. Nearest restaurant was a couple of miles away but they said they could order a pizza for delivery. Spoiled an otherwise enjoyable visit to Corsica. Definitely would not use this hotel again

Odd location. Odd beds. No lights in bathroom. No parking. Nice woman at reception desk.

Hotel has a restaurant that serves meals on a beautiful terrace. Quite peaceful and enjoyable.

Personnel au top. Mais une ventilation permanente dans la chambre a rendu la nuit très désagréable

1 serviette de bain pour 2… Pas de numéro de tel dans la chambre pour joindre la réception..il n’est indiqué nulle part. Parking impossible : il y avait une soirée Dj..obligé de garer la voiture dans la rue.

Bel hôtel , personnel accueillant. Le spa à l'intérieur est réel plus.

Nous demandons d en bénéficier . LA REPONSE AHURISSANTE DE LA PROPRIETAIRE : PAS POSSIBLE CAR VOUS AVEZ RESERVE PAR EXPEDIA MAIS JE VOUS METS EN LISTE PRIORITAIRE MAIS VOUS DEVREZ PAYER 190 EUROS PAR PERSONNE SOIT 380 EUROS ET 160 EUROS POUR LA CHAMBRE ! Jamais vu un tel manque commercial que nous denoncons ici pour que vos clients sachent de l attitude de la proprietaire et nous en tirons notre conclusion pour notre prochain sejour en Corse
