There's no phone signal, the reception is never around, and you can never reach them when you need them. The security guard and the female staff member act like bosses; they refuse to change the bed sheets and pillowcases, saying there are too many rooms to do it. I don't know if the building owner hired two more bosses, but there are no staff left to do the work. They said they'd only change the bed sheets every three days. Terrible service.

Will never book again. Bad experience. I arrived quite late because my flight was delayed. When I booked, I saw that there was a 24/7 reception but when I got there, there was only one security guard downstairs. I didn't know and went up to the lobby and saw the door was closed and I rang the bell. Then the guy from downstairs came up and shouted "come down here". Then he took me to my room, there was no receptionist. Bad attitude, no greeting or anything. The elevator was dimly lit. The hallway was dark with no light. When I entered the room, there was a very unpleasant smell. All the kitchen utensils were very dirty. The toothbrush holder had a dirty rim. The toilet sprayer was also broken. Luckily the bed was still a bit clean.

The bathroom was very dirty. There were a lot of things left by previous guests in the closet.

Booked a room with extra money to have a city view, but when we arrived, we changed to a room with an alley view (the money was already in the bank in advance). When we called to inform them, the manager said there were no more rooms upstairs so we changed to another room. Then the manager did not pay for the room when we changed to another room.

The room is new and clean but the bathroom smells because the toilet is not aligned. Your host's support is a bit slow. But basically it's clean, the room is okay, I hope the host will fix it soon.

Poor customer service. - Room: Spacious, airy, clean, comfortable, quiet. However, the glass door can be seen from the outside and has no curtains. Very inconvenient for couples and families living inside the room. - Location: Secure area, near the lake, suitable for relaxation - Hotel: Overall, it is an apartment for rent, after 5pm guests have to go through the basement to get to the room! Reasonable price, can stay long term because of full amenities.

I arrived at 2pm and had to wait to check in because the room had just been cleaned, but when I entered, there was still hair on the bed and floor, and the hygiene was not clean. Other amenities such as the toilet and drain were stuck and water was stagnant, very uncomfortable. The attitude and amenities were all sketchy and unprofessional.

Phải thanh toán tiền gửi xe riêng cho bảo vệ khách sạn nhưng ban ngày không cho đỗ, tối lại báo khách tự đi tìm chỗ đỗ, lễ tân chỉ làm giờ hành chính nên để liên hệ được để sắp xếp được gửi xe rất mất thời gian, công sức, đợi gần 1 tiếng mới được gửi xe nhưng trong tình trạng nếu khách khác có nhu cầu di chuyển thì bất kể mấy giờ mình cũng phải xuống để di chuyển xe do bảo vệ chỉ cho mình đỗ chặn lối đi của các xe khác.

The hotel is in a quiet, clean area. Around has everything you may need and just a 10-minute walk to West Lake. The room was not fully clean, I had to request to clean it again. The staff was nice, but not so detailed, for example: the receptionist didn't share the Wi-Fi password. I didn't notice, then I came down to look for her and found this pass stick on the counter. This should be shown in the room for customer convenience, or staff should inform you at check-in time.

A great place for a stay in Hanoi. They've got great services and food. Highly recommended.

Vị trí khá đẹp gần cửa hàng tiện lợi, hồ tây. Nhưng quá tệ khi mình book phòng có bồn tắm nhưng đến thì lại không, không liên hệ được số điện thoại của lễ tân. Phòng không có WiFi. Ngủ trưa thì sửa nhà khoan đục ở tầng trên rất mất giấc ngủ.
