The staff service is extremely bad. 1. I checked in at 2pm, it was hot and sunny but the staff did not let me stop the car in front of the door for long to unload my luggage, forcing me to leave my wife and small child in front of the luggage to move the car. The male receptionist sat indifferently at the counter and did not help me pull the suitcase into the lobby. 2. On the day of checkout, the male receptionist insisted on waiting because he did not see a foot towel in the room, yes, it was a foot towel. While when the room was handed over, housekeeping gave us one less. The tone of voice was like accusing us of stealing a foot towel from the hotel. After that, there was not even a word of apology. In summary: room, location 4 points*, service 0 points.
