I would give this hotel more than five stars if I could. Everything was exemplary, from the spotless room (with a little balcony) to the perfect location to the wonderful staff, especially the staff member who checked me in and then always had answers to my questions (unfortunately I did not get her name because she is fantastic). This is an excellent hotel.

Only thing lacking is a good bar and place to eat but plenty of places close by

Overall we enjoyed our two night stay. The location is central to the old town of Bilbao where all the attractions and restaurants are. You literally just walk around the corner and are in the old town of Bilbao. The room is very modern, and we enjoyed having a nespresso machine in the room to make our morning coffees. One important note, if you are driving and want to park your car in the hotel parking garage please reach out ahead of time and confirm with the hotel you car dimensions as the parking garage and space are very tight and narrow. Larger size vehicles like the one we had may have some trouble with parking.

This hotel was a bit more of a splurge for me but I'm glad that I stayed here. Room was clean with excellent amenities. The staff was friendly and kind. Excellent location. Everything I wanted for my visit to Bilbao was walkable. I highly recommend it.

Centrally located, clean hotel, with courteous staff. Unfortunately, the taxi they called for us overcharged us (almost double the rate), which took us by surprise. The driver did not speak English, and we did not speak Spanish. He did not turn on the meter and demanded the "flat rate to the airport". Other than that, we did not have any other issues with the hotel.

Great location and cute hotel. But even though it says parking in site. There is none. Had to walk across the river to a public parking/carwash. Thankfully there was an attendant that helped park the car. The space was so small it would have been a nightmare. Aside from the parking everything was great.
