paid in full, but the hotel said the room was full, had to book another hotel room

I paid for the room on the app, but when I got there the hotel said there were no rooms available. What's the reason? I have to find another place to rent, but the money hasn't been refunded yet. I've made people miss out on so many things, what a waste of time.

If you want to park your motorbike at a time, you can only take one motorbike through the reception entrance and inside the door, which is very difficult. - Small elevator can accommodate about 5 adults who must stand close together. - Rooms and equipment are degraded. My family booked 5 rooms: P101 the air conditioner froze and waiting for repair, it was only cooler but not cold, the room did not have a refrigerator. P102 Water-logged ceiling, broken toilet tiles, leaking showerhead. P201 TV cannot be turned on, refrigerator is not cold. P202 Toilet door cannot be closed, refrigerator is not cold.

The receptionist is not polite, the room is not as small as other hotels in the same segment, the service is poor in the evening when customers quarrel but the hotel does not have a very disorderly handling plan. Bad experience, so disappointing.
