Strategic location, cleanliness is a bit lacking (the walls are a bit damaged and need repainting), facilities are okay (there is no mini fridge or kettle in the room. There is a water dispenser outside the room). At night, the room is noisy due to the music from the bar next door.

The room was good and clean, close to a food area, very convenient. The bathroom had all the amenities. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn't very cool; there seems to be a problem with that. Overall, it was very good.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, strategic location, only 1 minute to the bus station.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. The staff was helpful, but I almost couldn't sleep because of the noise of live music from the neighborhood cafe along the night.

The staff was friendly and it's so easy to do check in. If you are a light sleeper, you should take the ear plug that is provided at the check in counter.

The rooms are very great, not too spacious but very clean, cold, and enough. Have an intact hair dryer too. The bathrooms are divided for male and female, have a very mindful design, you don't get your things wet. The bathroom security is great as they have a double lock for the door.

Both the male and female staff were friendly. The room was very okay, and the bathroom was okay. There was some noise at night, but if you're traveling all day, I believe you'll be able to sleep comfortably here. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. 👍🏻

One of the hostels I recommend if you're staying in Georgetown, Penang. The location is very strategic, with several halal restaurants nearby (very suitable for Muslims). I think the room wasn't too cramped, aesthetically pleasing, and clean. It's just a shame there's no window. While the bathroom is shared, it's separate for men and women. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was good. A plus point is that a hairdryer is provided in each room, so you don't have to queue. The hostel also provides a refrigerator, microwave, and water dispenser. The reception staff were friendly and informative. One thing I was a bit disappointed with was that the laundry machine was undergoing maintenance, so you couldn't wash your clothes at the hostel.

Bedroom was clean and bright. Towel and toothbrush also provided. Close to many foods and mini marts. It was a pleasant stay.

It was a pleasure staying here, the room was very clean! 🎀 The bathroom is shared but the privacy is really good! The staff is friendly. Easy check-in, deposit is only 50 rm. Close to various delicious places to eat. There is Nasi Kandar Hamidiyah and Crumbcookies.

Clean facilities, friendly receptionist, very helpful, will stay here again for medical needs.
