Всё замечательно.понравилось всё.персонал на высоком уровне и все приветливые.расположение замечательное,в самом центре.завтрак замечательный.в комнате есть,всё что нужно.вот только брать деньги за парковку и ещё в низкий сезон - это уже слишком.кроме этого - жалоб нет.обязательно вернусь.

Great location and hotel amenities.

Great location, hotel modern and clean. Service focused in all aspects. We had a suite and accessed the mini bar as we thought it was included, (there were no prices) so fair assumption. On checkout turns out the water and everything was chargeable... there is also no clothes dryer in the room (which is needed for wet clothes from the pool or beach).

We loved the spa facilities and the modern room. The cleaning crew did a great job in ensuring the room was clean. However , I didn’t like the smell of the cleaning chemicals in the room. Despite keeping the windows open, the smell still lingered for hours. The breakfast was adequate.

We stayed here for a weekend visit in southern Salento. The staff were wonderful, hospitable and truly helpful. For example, one sunny morning they took our breakfast up to the roof deck where where we enjoyed the delicious food and the gorgeous view of the Ionion sea. The hotel seems new and it shows in several ways. The shower in the room is like a warm tropical rainfall. The spa is lovely and has a hot tub, steam bath, and a dry sauna. We were delighed with our stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights while on holiday in Italy and absolutely loved it. Super convenient location to the old city and main strip of shopping/restaurants. The staff was truly so incredible - particularly one of the young gentleman at the front desk (for his name) and Adriana (might have gotten this wrong as well). Would happily stay here again on our next trip to Gallipoli!

Overall hotel is nice ! Shower and jaccuzi in suite are great. ! The pool on roof is very small . The staff is very young sometimes things said are not accurate . Quoted me one price for upgrade fee then 10 mins later said manager said it’s double the fee 100 plus euros a night … Overall stay was great !

Staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, they booked restaurants for us every night and arranged a trip to a beach club. The hotel is in the perfect location, 10 minute walk to the old town

This property is new with a spacious studio room. Adequate breakfast. Options for other food offerings were available but not all morning staff were offfering the service. Staff are polite and helpful overall though. Parking service was appreciated as was the concierge service for booking a beach day with transport, and some restaurant recommendations. The chairs in the room are uncomfortable with short backs. The windows need to be cleaned. The building itself is well appointed and pleasant. The rooftop pool is comfortable and service is attentive through what’s app.

Neues, geräumiges Zimmer und Bad. Bequemes Bett. Gutes Frühstücksbufett. Gute Lage zur Altstadt.

Hôtel manifestement tout neuf et beaucoup de problèmes de réglage à faire : ventilation beaucoup trop bruyante, télévision qui se rallume toute seule 5mn après l'avoir éteinte, douche en panne !! et ascenseur également le lendemain matin ... Heureusement l'accueil de Ludovica était adorable

Nous avons passer 2 nuits dans ce superbe hôtel. Très propre, calme et surtout à 2 pas du centre historique. Je recommande sans hésitation.

SPA, personal und Lage zur Altstadt war Top. Im Zimmer etwas laut, für ein neues Gebäude ist dies schlecht gemacht. man kann alles vom Gang aussen hören, auch die Putzfrauen….

Gentilezza e disponibilità. Mancando di qualche

La colazione è buona, varia ma non da 5 stelle (che non ho visto esposte all’esterno). Il personale disponibile, gentile. Il quartiere in cui è ubicato l’hotel è fatiscente e molto poco curato. Abbiamo preso due stanze, soltanto in una delle due dal bagno emergeva continuamente un cattivo odore dall’impianto di scarico davvero poco gradevole. Garage con ricarica auto di cui mi sono servito con servizio vallet comodo. Ho chiesto disponibilità di cuscini diversi da quelli trovati in camera, morbidissimi e poco adatti per chi soffre di cervicale, ma mi è stato risposto che sono gli unici disponibili. Cosa mai accaduta in altre strutture di livello. Motivo per il quale ho riposato male. Ribadisco il fatto che non merita le 5 stelle ma discretamente 4.
