My three-hour stay here was very enjoyable. The room was large and spacious, and the bed was soft. After a three-hour trip to Lombok and a day back to the hotel, I always slept soundly. The receptionist was friendly. The only negative during my stay was the shower in the bathroom, which produced very little water. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff, but they didn't show us to our room. The room was clean, with no damage. The toilet was clean and everything worked. Liquid soap and shampoo were available. A small swimming pool was located next to the hotel, with clear, well-maintained water. There is a restaurant, but there is no signature menu. The food is standard hotel fare, and you have to order through the receptionist to be served. To get to Klui Beach, you have to cross the road. It's just a few minutes' walk. You can see a beautiful sunset. The waves are quite strong. There are inexpensive food stalls nearby. This hotel is recommended for a retreat, enjoying solitude while working online, while still enjoying the typical Lombok beach views. Thank you...

The staff was very friendly and responsive. Overall, the hotel is quite nice. The atmosphere is quiet, suitable for those who don't like crowds. The location is on Klui Beach, past Senggigi Beach if coming from Mataram. There were ants in the room, perhaps the cleanliness could be rechecked. 🙏

The hotel is located on a main road, and Klui Beach is right in front of it. The room was clean with a king-size bed and very cool air conditioning. We didn't try breakfast because we had to continue our journey to Gili Trawangan early in the morning.

The hotel is clean, the only problem is the bathroom drain is clogged so the water pools in the toilet. The pressure is low so the flow is not big enough. The rest is good, the staff is friendly. There is a pool but we didn't have time to swim. Next time I will definitely stay again because the bed is comfortable and clean. That's my honest review. Good job Luansa Klui, success.
