At the beginning of booking, the picture on the application showed a garden view, but it turned out that according to Google, my room view was of the parking lot, but it was okay because the room was clean and the mattress was my type which wasn't flat. The place was clean, the water didn't smell like on Google, it's just a shame the soap wasn't fragrant enough but it was okay. The restaurant was also cheap and cheerful, not overpriced. There was only one, the accommodation was okay, the security was not very good. We were hotel guests but we were not served at all, I did bring a motorbike but what's wrong with being greeted, being told the correct parking, not having parked and then being approached and told not to park there. Haven't tried the breakfast because the return ticket was very early, but I was very disappointed that the guest's helmet was not respected at all, they were soaked without any care. Please management, hopefully there will be improvements for the security. Everything else is very good.

I stayed 3 nights using Traveloka and extended the stay by 1 night, paying directly to the hotel. From the start of our stay, I can say everything was SATISFACTORY. The food was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. My room, 111, was CLEAN. Continued success, Riverside Bondowoso, and maintain the excellent service.

Everything is okay, keep it up! It's just that the shower in my room made a loud noise when the water came out fast, and there was an unpleasant smell after a few minutes of showering, like the smell of a sewer. But the cleanliness of the room, furniture and sheets was like a 4-star hotel, nice! All the hotel staff were also friendly and responsive. The food didn't have much variety but it was delicious.

left a cardigan inside with money, confirmed 4 hours after checking out because I had just had time to unpack my suitcase at home, but the CS said it wasn't there. My husband only brought 2 short cards, one was used and the other was not brought, it was still in the hotel. But the CS was stubborn that nothing was left behind. Meanwhile, we didn't do any swimming activities or change clothes outside. So it was definitely left behind in the room. It's not a problem with the cardigan and money, but the honesty is questionable. There are still cards and money, what about other valuables. This is enough to be the first and last time I stay here
