The staff is very friendly, the room is very big, just the cleanliness please improve.

The hotel is nice, and they offer massages in the lobby until midnight. It's very close to Sevel, but there are no amenities provided, just towels and soap/shampoo. They also accept personal shoppers. There's an elevator.

Had a really pleasant stay at Tori Crown Hotel! The surroundings are nice and convenient, with a 7-Eleven nearby, near 24-hour laundry service, and the Pratunam area within easy reach. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself is a little old, but overall it is still well-maintained and in good condition. What I really appreciated was the hospitality. All the employees were very friendly and always greeted us whenever we passed by. It made the stay feel warm and welcoming. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for a convenient location, spacious rooms, and friendly service. Would definitely stay here again!

So far, so good. There were no bad things that happened. And of course, this one is near to the Pratunam Market. I love it.

The room was old, the floor was damp, and the bedsheets and towels were very old and smelled bad. Even the most basic amenities a hotel should provide, like toothbrushes and toothpaste, were missing. There was no kettle either. It was terrible for this price.

The staff was very friendly. The location was still accessible, although it was a bit of a walk to the market and bus stop. The room was clean enough on the first day, but it didn't feel really clean until the second day. They mopped the floor, so there was a doormat. Drinking water can be refilled downstairs, with a hot water dispenser. If you wanted to make coffee or tea, you could. There's also a microwave, which was very helpful.

The location was good as it's just minutes walk from Phaya Thai BTS if you don't follow Google Maps directions. It's also near Pratunam night market & Platinum Mall for those who love to shop. The suite room I got was spacious.

The facilities are too old and do need maintenance. In general, the hotel is good for what you have paid for. The staff is kind, friendly, and supportive. I would appreciate it. I highly recommend it for you to discover Bkk and will choose it for my next trip to Bkk.

My family had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean, and the reception staff were very friendly. The location is quite close to Pratunam Market, which is very convenient for shopping. A big plus is that the food stalls in Pratunam Market are quite delicious and inexpensive. There's a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel, which is very convenient.

The bed was comfortable, but the room wasn't soundproof, so privacy was limited. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. The hotel is strategically located near the Pratunam Market and shopping center. Access is easy and the area is quiet, and it's conveniently close to a 7-Eleven.

I accidentally booked this hotel twice for the same day, and unfortunately, they didn’t allow me to cancel one of the bookings. The lobby staff were very nice, but the person who could make the decision wasn’t there all day. I tried calling many times, but couldn’t get through. In the end, I had to check into 2 rooms and pay 2 deposits. I also remember booking a king-size bed, but instead, I received 2 double beds. The location looks close to the Airport Rail Link, but it’s actually quite difficult to reach by car. You still need to walk with your suitcase, which is not very easy. The room is quite old, but overall it’s okay for the price.
