The hotel is actually comfortable and nice. The location is strategic if you want to find food is also easy. But unfortunately it is not well maintained, the TV can not be used, probably the antenna is broken, then some of the room windows can not be closed properly, but it's okay, thank God it's safe. But I understand, it seems this hotel is also struggling in this economic era. Oh yes, there are no toiletries provided, so you have to bring your own. Yesterday there the swimming pool was still being drained, and the water was not full, it's a shame. Hopefully in the future this hotel can improve. Because honestly, it is good and comfortable for the environment and the atmosphere is very beautiful. The only thing that is annoying is that around the hotel there are villas and there is karaoke, honestly it is very annoying, it stops around 4 am. Lwk just imagine. I can be patient and understand all the shortcomings in this hotel. Hopefully in the future the accommodation around the hotel can be organized so as not to disturb the guests of Foresta Hotel. If this hotel is going to improve, it will definitely attract a lot of guests in the future, because it is comfortable, but it does have some shortcomings. Stayed for 2 nights, the room was very clean. The bathroom was also clean. The place is safe. You can park your motorbike in front of the room. It's very cool. It's perfect for a vacation, just stay here. The receptionists are all friendly. Basically, it's comfortable to stay here...

The swimming pool must be kept clean

Bruh if this property managed properly and the owner+staff actually care about longevity of the property going forward, they need to care more about the bed cleanliness, renovate the roof, upgrade the TV to smart TV or android TV and provide not 1 but 2 TOWELS in the room. This hotel would be amazing and good value for money. Amazing vibes nonetheless. But shi management yknow what I'm sayin?

The room is not very clean and well maintained, the television cannot be seen, there is no hot water even though there is a water heater.

Yesterday I stayed in a deluxe room, actually the place is nice and nice. The staff is also friendly. But maybe because it's an old hotel, it's not well maintained. The swimming pool is mossy, the bathroom has small water and the hot water maybe only comes out 3 dippers and then gets cold again 🫤. The TV remote is broken, there is no wifi. There is no fan/AC in the room, yesterday I stayed when it was raining but I don't know why the room felt stuffy

the distance from the inn to the center of Tretes is very close. finding food is very easy. the inn is comfortable, the hot water works well, the receptionist is responsive, the atmosphere is very calm. the price is affordable. unfortunately the promotion is lacking. so before going there it was very difficult to find information and reviews on social media. I wanted to cancel because I was afraid of being scammed. hopefully the management will be more diligent in creating promotional content so that the inn will be more crowded.

For comfort & service is very good 👍. But unfortunately still heard noisy people singing at night outside the hotel area, but what can I do.

The room was so dusty, it made my nose clogged and I sneezed while cleaning it. If you weren't asked to sweep it again at the start, you wouldn't have swept it. Finally we swept & mopped the room ourselves. Not to mention that there is very little hot water in the bathroom, for those who bring small children, just be prepared. Then the bathroom smells like a musty smell like cockroaches + dust too. There's also no water kettle provided in the room, when you ask, you can just borrow a glass, including a glass. Only 3 bottles of mineral water are provided 😅. Then the swimming pool also looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. If the rooms are kept clean, your staycation here will definitely be much more comfortable because the atmosphere is calming. Come on, let's upgrade, especially the cleanliness of the rooms & facilities, so that those who stay on holiday here don't give up on coming back 🥹.

It's not really up to expectations but it's okay to stay overnight. The dressing table is dented, the tap water is flowing slowly, and the hot water was also problematic. The facilities can be improved. The location is close to Cimory Prigen Tourism.
