The stay was comfortable... but since the management is new, improvements are needed. Keep improving... it fits the budget. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Hopefully, with the new management, the atmosphere will be fresh too.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We checked in really late at night and the receptionist was there.

When I first arrived, the staff were friendly and nice. But when I saw the room, what was it like? It was actually good, but the TV wasn't a Smart TV yet. And the toilet was a bit lacking, because when I stayed last time, the toilet lacked facilities, like the sink whose water drain was clogged, even the pipe under the sink was broken. But the good thing was that the water heater was still working properly. The rest was all good, the only problem was the toilet in my opinion.
