The staff was quite bad, there was no staff to help carry luggage for guests, the price was not too cheap and there was no elevator. When guests asked for anything, they said they didn't know, didn't have it, they didn't want it, not that they couldn't. Please, in the area there are many better hotels, avoid this hotel if you don't want a bad experience.

The staff are a bit unfriendly but still helpful. It's a shame that there is no elevator in this hotel even though the entire hotel is only on the 2nd floor. There are ants in the room, so you can't just put food anywhere. The toilet is a bit clogged, sometimes smells bad and there are small cockroaches in the bedroom. When you go home with a lot of stuff, ask the staff to help you carry it and they help, good. Access is a bit difficult to find so it's better to ask local residents.

Bathroom a bit smelly, I don't know from where. I asked for 2 more glasses and cups, but it never came. The room was pretty big, very good for family. Staff were helpful if we needed.
