The room was quite dirty when I first entered, I was greeted by 3 cockroaches, it smelled damp, there was a lot of dust, the room was not cleaned before handing it over to the guests. The staff was quite bad, there was no staff to help carry luggage for guests, the price was not too cheap and there was no elevator. When guests asked for anything, they said they didn't know, didn't have it, they didn't want it, not that they couldn't. Please, in the area there are many better hotels, avoid this hotel if you don't want a bad experience.

The hotel is in a quite strategic location, the only drawback is that there is no lift.

We stayed for 5 days, I was very satisfied, the staff was friendly, the best was the cleanliness, the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every day, it was really cool and clean, besides the location is very strategic. Highly recommended if you go to Thailand.

The location is convenient but it's during a renovation period so it's quite noisy, and the shops are also noisy at night.

Comfortable staying here. It's not far from Platinum, Pratunam, just walk while walking to Olga, the place is a bit hard to find but it's in the same complex as Marwin Villa, at night the Siam Best sign can't be seen so you have to be careful, it's in the same complex as Marwin Villa

There are white people who often come home early in the morning after getting drunk.

The staff are a bit unfriendly but still helpful. It's a shame that there is no elevator in this hotel even though the entire hotel is only on the 2nd floor. There are ants in the room, so you can't just put food anywhere. The toilet is a bit clogged, sometimes smells bad and there are small cockroaches in the bedroom. When you go home with a lot of stuff, ask the staff to help you carry it and they help, good. Access is a bit difficult to find so it's better to ask local residents.

Bathroom a bit smelly, I don't know from where. I asked for 2 more glasses and cups, but it never came. The room was pretty big, very good for family. Staff were helpful if we needed.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor but the stairs are not too high - located in an alley - near platinum - center world - big C - Pratunam market - convenient transportation. Near the hotel at night, visit Pratunam night market - there is a shop selling souvenirs The concept is cheap and has many types - there is a lot of food - at the end of the street there is a Michelin 1 star restaurant! Clean room - enthusiastic staff - whatever you need will be provided immediately! The price is ok, I think it's okay

Sangat recommended rapih bersih nyaman dan dekat kemana mana.

Puas menginap di hotel ini. Ac dingin dan dekat kemana-mana.

Minusnya tidak ada lift, air shower sangat kecil sekali, untuk tamu orang tua sangat tidak disarankan (karena di bawahnya adalah bar malam, jadi ada kebisingan) plusnya kamarnya luas.

I love staying here! The hotel is very clean and the location was very strategic, very near the shopping & street foods area - literally only a few meters out to the main street. The bed was very comfy, they even use ergonomic pillows which is what I really need for personal reasons. The only issue is that the water pressure was quite low for the shower (the water came out very small) and there was no elevator access to the hotel so it might be quite a burden for those with big and heavy luggage. But the staff is very helpful, they are willing to help with luggage when you check out of the hotel. Overall my stay here was a great experience, will definitely be back for my next trip :) thank you, Siam Best Inn!

The hotel room is good, but there is no elevator. If you have small items, there is no problem, but moving around a lot can be a bit tiring.
