The villa has various kinds of facilities which are very sufficient so that my friends and I can enjoy the accommodation.

Villa-nya memiliki berbagai macam fasilitas yang sangat mencukupi sehingga saya dan teman-teman saya bisa menikmati penginapan.

Villanya nyaman banget, kamarnya adem, tim sangat cekatan, owner-nya ramah alhamdulillah, dari villa mau ke wisata dan manapun dekat. Saya dan anak-anak ke BNS jalan kaki saja lumayan, enggak bingung cari parkir hehe. Di dekat villa juga ada cafe, strategis banget pokoknya.

The villa is not ready to be rented out, the facilities are not complete, the water heater has an error, the handling of complaints is less than skillful, when there is a problem, they are told to handle it themselves, there is a lack of cooperation, there is no regret or apology from the villa regarding visitor disappointment.

Villa belum siap disewakan, fasilitas kurang komplit, water heater error, penanganan komplain kurang cekatan, ketika ada trouble, disuruh ngatasi sendiri, kurang kerjasama, tidak ada penyesalan atau minta maaf dari pihak villa terkait kekecewaan pengunjung.

Hallo kak, saya jelaskan sedikit yaa terkait water heater ini bukan error namun ketika diperiksa oleh tim kami yang ada di lokasi water heater sama sekali tidak ada masalah dan bisa digunakan sebagaimana mestinya, ketika tim kami memeriksa water heater juga ada Orang Tua dari kakaknya yang berhadapan dengan kami ini yang juga sudah mengkonfirmasi bahwa water heater ini tidak ada masalah, saya harap anda bisa lebih bijak lagi dalam memberikan ulasan.

The villa is clean, you don't need to take a vehicle to BNS and Paolo Fest so you save money on parking hehe 🥰. The pool is wide, not small. The crowds here are nice, there are no local residents, maybe there are only villas around here, there are no residents. Anyway, it's worth it for those who like crowds😁. Unfortunately, when it was cloudy, the view was less visible

Villa bersih, ke BNS dan Paolo Fest tidak perlu bawa kendaraan jadi hemat di parkir hehe 🥰. Kolamnya luas, ga kecil. Rame-rame di sini enak, ga ada warga sekitar, ya mungkin di sekitar sini hanya villa-villa saja, ga ada warganya. Pokoknya worth it deh buat yang suka rame-rame😁. Sayangnya pas mendung jadi viewnya kurang kelihatan
