Staff was not supported for my early checking even I asked to pay for it. I came at 3am but can't call for the hotline and wait for outside in 30 minutes to try to contact to the hotel to get in. Rubbish were everywhere. The staff didn't clean well, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I felt back pain every morning. A lot of noises

Before staying, everyone remember to contact home via zalo for support check in. The support staff on zalo are enthusiastic and friendly. The rooms are spacious and airy. Walking to Xo Viet Nghe Tinh street, there are many restaurants.
