Hello, I stayed at this hotel a few days ago and checked in around 10 PM. However, I encountered an unfriendly receptionist. Nearly three large trash bags of wet, smelly trash were piled up in front of my room. I asked for it to be cleaned, but they told me it would be in the morning. I refused because we wanted a good night's sleep. Finally, a male staff member cleaned it up, who was extremely unfriendly and very emotional. He spoke in a rude tone, deliberately picking up trash loudly, and slamming the cupboard door shut.
I think the hotel management team could do some re-evaluation, as good and friendly staff service is a crucial element in the hospitality industry. Thank you.
