Hello, I stayed at this hotel a few days ago and checked in around 10 PM. However, I encountered an unfriendly receptionist. Nearly three large trash bags of wet, smelly trash were piled up in front of my room. I asked for it to be cleaned, but they told me it would be in the morning. I refused because we wanted a good night's sleep. Finally, a male staff member cleaned it up, who was extremely unfriendly and very emotional. He spoke in a rude tone, deliberately picking up trash loudly, and slamming the cupboard door shut. I think the hotel management team could do some re-evaluation, as good and friendly staff service is a crucial element in the hospitality industry. Thank you.

suitable for those looking for peace, it is located in a cluster so it is safe, then the room is clean, the AC is cold and quite spacious in the room there is a mini fridge, wardrobe and study table (?) then outside the room there is a refrigerator, dispenser and stove. this is a homestay, not a hotel so amenities only include soap and towels

Honestly, I was really worried when I read the many negative reviews. But it turns out it's not that bad. They've improved a lot. The receptionist is no longer rude. As for room quality, what do you expect for this price? If you want something really good, look for a more expensive option. So, in conclusion, I think it's still okay to stay here if you're in a pinch and need a place to rest.

Have often stayed here but it is not recommended to stay more than 1 day. 2 days staying here asked for room cleaning service but could not answer tomorrow it would be cleaned. Even though I still continued for 2 more days.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and can be refilled with drinking water and used in the kitchen. But honestly contacting the hotel is very difficult. I asked for 2 bed covers until I wanted them but they weren't even given yet even though they said they would be delivered when they were available.

I and even some of my business friends regularly stay at 3h home. And I have also stayed in all 3J groups in the same complex (3J residence, 3J residence 2, 3J living). But what I always choose is 3 j home. Just as input for the management of the last 3 J I booked, I deliberately chose 3 J home. Because I brought my family with the consideration that it would be more comfortable here. I booked 5 deluxe rooms. Although the price of the other 3J is a little more expensive. But when I wanted to check in, it turned out I was transferred to 3j living with the reason that 3j home was full. My advice is that if there are no rooms available, you should use the 3h home application to close/no rooms available. If there was a first-come, first-served rule, maybe I wouldn't book. Because every guest must have considered the best options according to expectations before booking and paying. Don't play, move elsewhere. Because it will cause disappointment. Why do guests dare to be a little expensive because they expect more? The guest chooses because he likes it. Want to be with 3J if he likes 3J in A. So don't switch to 3J in B even though they are both in the same group. Just a suggestion, hopefully it will be better in the future.
