The location is close to the MRT and food courts. The staff were friendly and explained the hotel's rules well. Breakfast included bread and jam, as well as unlimited coffee, tea, and hot and cold mineral water. The only inconvenience was that we had to leave our luggage outside, so when we went to the bathroom and unpacked, we were also visible to other tourists.

Location is pretty okay, couple of minutes walk from Lavender MRT station. The shared bathrooms are actually very clean but the personal space lacks a hanger or any place to store things inside the pod/capsule. Suitable for those who only needs a place to sleep, store some luggage, and bath. Definitely not for someone who wants to enjoy a good, relaxing rest. Overall, very good for travellers who wants a cheap place to sleep and bath!

The capsule is small, and the bed and stairs are unstable, which can easily cause noise. Even a small movement can create loud sounds, extremely bothersome for everyone. There are no curfews, so people come and go as they please, affecting sleep.

Toilet, room, public area are clean. Near supermarket and MRT station. Many food around. The only downside is that the hostel is very compact. Public area is minimal.

The staff are friendly and accommodating! But the toilet and the shower are too small.

Everything was fine until I returned from event late at night and found out that all the other guests in my room were men, even though I booked a female dorm. It was too late to do anything, so I had no choice but to stay. I didn't sleep well, feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. I asked the staff and they told me I was listed in a mixed dorm and the female dorm was also full at that day. They can't do anything but apologize. I'm not sure where the mistake happened, but I hope the hostel takes this issue seriously. Great location, very close to the MRT. You get what you pay for – it 's fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The toilet and bathroom are really small, with no rack to place your things. Ladies, double-check with the hostel to make sure you're assigned the correct room.

The hostel is strategically located, quite close to Lavender MRT, supermarkets and several places to eat. The female dorm rooms are clean, the AC is cold and the beds are comfortable. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is okay. There is a washing machine and dryer that can be used with coins. The only drawback is the number of bathrooms, maybe it could be added. Overall, staying here is very pleasant and of course will stay here again if I go to Singapore again.

Good decent hostel. The shower is too small, I didn't get keys and the sheet was not clean enough I found leftover soap I don't know from where.

Pro: Nice bed, comfy, close with lavender MRT and bus, nice staff, unlimited coffe and tea, iced and hot water, free wifi. Cons: Bathroom only 1 (imagine only 1), they have 3type in 1 room, lower, middle and upstairs and its really high and not safe! To be honest I'm afraid.

I stayed 2 days. The room is clean and the hospitality was incredible. Christina and her teams treated us very well. They are friendly and really helpful for any thing we need. The only one need to improve is the bathroom. It will really great if the hotel can adding another bathroom. But generally. The hotel is worth to stay.

Hotelnya nyaman, petugasnya baik, untuk late check-in oke juga, bisa untuk titip koper dulu dan mandi di hostel-nya. Di hostel ada air minum gratis, bisa refill, cocok buat yang mau cari hotel daerah Lavender murah dan toiletnya ada bidet.

The hostel was clean and the room was very spacious. All the staff were so nice and helpful. Very recommended!
