The room on the 4th floor had an AC that wasn't cold and the towels smelled.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Alesha Residence. I came with my husband and 6-year-old child, but was placed on the 4th floor without an elevator, with steep stairs that were quite risky for both children and families. I asked the receptionist to move me to a room on a lower floor, even willing to accept a lower rate for the safety and comfort of my child. However, my request was not accommodated, and I was instead asked to book a new room. In my opinion, this hotel is not family-friendly and needs to improve its concern for guest safety and comfort. No toothbrushes are provided for guests, only all-in-one soap and shampoo. Cleanliness is also lacking, with trash left piled up in the corridors. The receptionist was also unfriendly. Besides the ID card deposit, I was also asked to leave it.

The service is very poor, both in terms of cleanliness and room amenities. I wouldn't stay here unless I had to.

There are lots of small cockroaches in the room, and there are also lots of small cockroaches in the toilet 😭😭. I've asked for treatment and they only gave me a spray, but the infestation in the second floor room hasn't gone away. I'm a bit discouraged.

Extended Day 2 didn't provide mineral water or a change of towels. They had requested these, but they weren't delivered. There were no amenities, just towels and body wash.

The AC wasn't cold. It was hot in the room. There were no tissues, no toothbrush, and only Cleo mineral water for 1,000 rupiah. It was so small, just a glass, haha.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms were okay. The AC worked well. I'd stay again.

They gave me the highest room, level 4, and I need to use stairs just to get there. The stairs are so small and only fit for 1 person. You need to wait until the person reaches the next floor if you don't want to accidentally hit them when you cross each other. The AC is not that cold and I can still hear voices from the outside.

For an affordable price, I was able to find a hotel with a water heater and hot water for making baby formula. The service was excellent. I'd love to stay here again.
