A highly recommended apartment when in KL, a very strategic location close to MRT, LRT only 200 M, good facilities, complete, clean, comfortable atmosphere. Close to AEON Maluri, My Town, Sunway Velocity Mall. Bukit Bintang only passes 3 stations so it is very close to everywhere. It is easy to find food under the apartment, there is a delicious mamak shop that is open until morning.

A very strategic apartment in the Cheras and Maluri areas. Sunway Velocity Mall is just across, Sunway Velocity Hospital is only a few meters from UNA… MRT is only 200 m. Security is very guaranteed because in front of the apartment there is a large police station. Close to My Town, Aeon Maluri, NSK, to Bukit Bintang with Grab only 13-15 rm. Except during peak hours, the price may adjust to the hour. with MRT only passing 2 stations. easy to find food 24 hours under the apartment there is a delicious and cheap Al Aqsa shop. The unit is very clean and everything is available from towels, washing soap, bath soap, shampoo, dish soap, iron, hair dryer, cutlery, and complete cooking utensils. View of each unit facing the main road (I have tried 3 units at Unimax and all (fantastic view) All staff are very friendly and helpful when we need anything. The apartment facilities are very good, there is a clean swimming pool, gym, etc. Basically, Unimax is very cheap compared to others. I have stayed there since Unimax first opened and until now I can't turn away because it is that comfortable. We stay almost every year. I have tried others but none have beaten the comfort at Unimax. There is a deposit of 200 rm and it will be returned at checkout. When we can take good care of everything in the unit, the deposit will definitely be returned. So please take care of everything and use it carefully because all the equipment there is in good condition and well maintained. Thank you Unimax, hopefully you will be more successful
