The location is still in town and relatively easy to reach. The atmosphere is peaceful for those needing a break, and the food served in the restaurant is delicious, quite commensurate with the price. It's a shame the room cleanliness is a bit lacking, as I found used tissues in the corner. The toilet's water flow is also very low, and the room lacks spoons and a hairdryer, which are essential for visitors.

actually the place is very nice, but sorry the service is very bad, I stayed on September 21st to 22nd, my husband is a foreigner who often goes to Indonesia for vacation, unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience, I think it's a shame that a place as beautiful as this but the service is very bad, actually I want to come back to stay again if the service is improved better than the office boy who lets hotel guests carry their own travel bags, the hotel entrance is suddenly locked & hotel guests have to wait a long time even asking for help from local residents to be able to enter the hotel area, please fix everything, especially this is my foreigner husband's assessment🙏

The room is nice, the view is nice, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is really cool. Overall it's good & I want to check in here again. But unfortunately, my first experience checking in here was not so good. I got a room that looked like it had been used & hadn't been made over; the floor was dirty as if it hadn't been swept, and the bathroom floor was slippery & smelled of urine. The water was also very small. I didn't get toiletries (shower gel, toothbrush & toothpaste), only towels, although I was given them after asking. The AC & TV remote batteries were dead (luckily I could use my cellphone). The sofa as in the photo was also broken. Hopefully the management can fix it.

The floor of the room was very dirty, the feet were even black, then the mattress was full of stains, the towels also had marks, not washed properly, the toilet floor was very slippery, almost made me slip, there was no toilet paper or toilet paper in the room :) bad service, already knowing the guest was carrying a suitcase, instead of being helped, they just walked ahead. Access to the room was difficult, they should have been given access closest to the room, so it was a hassle to lift the suitcase to the room. Even though the view was very good, it was a shame that the staff were untidy and careless, the service was bad. The ones who served me were a small, thin lady and a tall, thin guy, when I wanted to CO I was served by a slightly fat lady who was very nice, she offered to help me with my luggage or not, she was friendly and kept smiling. The characters of the staff were different, I had to direct them again. For the food, even though I requested medium spicy, it was very spicy until it was bitter, the fried rice with berastagi was a bit hard. For the view, it was really good, 9/10, only the service and cleanliness need to be improved.

The room is comfortable, only the chair has a broken part, and the shower in the bathroom doesn't work, so we have to use the tap to take a shower. The rest is okay.

all staff are on holiday, there is not a single staff guarding. the room key is faulty, we can't enter the room, but there is not a single staff. until we have to go around the location to find staff who can help but there are none at all, finally we go to a resident's house around the location to get help. very disappointing

The bathroom is starting to break down, maybe it's the will of the times. The TV isn't a smart TV yet, but the atmosphere is comfortable, the AC is really cold, and the service is friendly.

The room is comfortable, king size bed. The atmosphere is cool, peaceful, suitable for short healing. The water heater takes a long time to heat up, there is no daily housekeeping (only a yard sweeper), no sandals. Worth the price, 9/10.

The location is okay, cool, like in a hill valley, the room is comfortable. The staff service needs to be improved, especially there are staff who seem to underestimate guests, but for the good receptionist and the man who escorted the suitcase to the room, that's really good. The facilities and cleanliness need to be improved, I stayed with my wife for 4 nights and were only given 4 small bottles of 300 ml mineral water, the room was never cleaned, even the trash in the room's trash can was not taken by the staff.

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is beautiful and comfortable with a calm atmosphere, the food is delicious. Just a little input, please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom.

I stayed for 2 days in the red ruby room. The staff were friendly and responsive but there were very few staff. In the morning there was no staff on standby. The bathroom was very dirty with moss and an unpleasant smell. I had asked them to brush it again but the result was the same. Finally I bought vixal and wipol myself and asked them to brush it again and then the results were slightly visible.

Everything is nice But. The bathroom smells of urine from the beginning when I arrived, there are no sandals,. The shower can't be turned on. The bathroom is very bad

Tempat adem, sunyi, bersih, pelayanan ramah, fasilitas lengkap, resto makanan enak. Sarapan enggak tahu, kita enggak include sarapan. Info sarapan jam 9 diantar ke ruangan. Pada dasarnya nyaman dan next balik lagi.

Sangat berkesan dengan nuansa alam yang asri.
