The stay at lila suites one bukit Ceylon was a great experience. The room was large, clean, and all the facilities were in good working order. If we had an issue, the team would come straight away and fix the issue. The staff that attended to our needs were very friendly and always smiling. The view from the hotel was tremendous, seeing the Merdeka tower throughout the day and evening when the lights were turned on at the tower. I will definitely come back to stay here.

The apartment is strategically located, clean, spacious, fully equipped, and affordable.

Place good access to shopping mall dan Bukit Bintang street food, just walk a few minutes. And the room is also clean

It's just that the Wi-Fi doesn't work, we've complained, but it still doesn't work until check-out, luckily we left in the morning and came home at night, so we weren't too concerned.

This apartment is very pleasant. The unit is nice and clean. The bathroom is also clean, equipped with soap and shampoo without a toothbrush. The view is also beautiful! It's in a prime location, walking distance to several malls in Bukit Bintang. The staff is very helpful and responsive. Check-in and check-out are very easy. A RM200 cash deposit is recommended. The location is close to KLCC, Pavilion Mall, KL Tower, and Merdeka Tower. To the left of the lobby door, there's an ATM for Bank Indonesia, right next to a mini market (sort of like Alfamart). It's not ideal if you're bringing kids, as there are plenty of pubs nearby. Personally, I and my family didn't mind. There were still plenty of food stalls open at 12 noon. I definitely didn't regret it.

Lila Suite is highly recommended for family trips, comfortable, clean, strategic location, and quiet.

The room is clean and spacious for the price. It's located near KLCC and Pavilion, and there are many halal restaurants around the apartment. Room amenities like toothpaste, tea/coffee, and additional drinking water are not provided if you stay more than one day, but overall, it will be a great option to stay here, thank you.

This hotel is separate from Ramada, in the same building but with a different receptionist. If you want to check in, you have to wait for the apartment agent who comes from who knows where. Check in must be at 3 even though the room is ready. You can't leave your belongings. The agent is arrogant and unfriendly. The room is nice but has many drawbacks. When I stayed for 3 days, I was told to find a place to throw the trash by the agent, and the agent was slow to respond. Basically, bad service from the agent. I don't want to stay in this apartment again.

The staff is very helpful even though they rarely smile, but I know they are very kind and friendly, maybe their character is not smiling, they are very helpful and agile in whatever we need.
