Always my first choice to stay in SG

Will be comeback very soon, good location and good vibe, and of course I love the smell of the hotel :)

The hotel is located in the heart of the Orchard area. It's a highly recommended hotel if you're visiting Singapore for a medical visit to Mount E Orchard. You can access the Paragon Shopping Center without getting wet during the rainy season via the Level 3 bridge. For those wanting to save money, this hotel provides a fridge with a freezer in the room. Simple meal prep is very possible at this hotel. There's a small pantry equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and cutlery (no stove). For breakfast, the main course and coffee/tea are made to order. Fruit, yogurt, juices, and cereals are served buffet-style. The kids (my 3-year-old son) get a complimentary breakfast menu. Recently, every time we've been to Singapore, we always stay here.

3 nights stay and in my experiences the ala carte bfast kinda boring. You only allowed order 1 menu, in case you didn’t like the taste you can order others menu with extra cost. Not fit for 5 stars services for me. Price wise others hotels around orchard offers better services. Pros : - robot coffee machine (free). When I stay there’s an event on check in lobby, so the coffee machine area are closed and you cant freely get the coffee. Thankfully there’s one staff she’s entered the event area and get me the coffee. - bidet

Location wise it's actually behind Pullman Orchard, a breeze walk next to Paragon. The service is excellent, 5* quality. The only downside of the room is... no bidet... considering it's a new building, they should have installed one. Also, since they share elevator with the restaurants and club below (lobby is on 6th fl), I found it is uncomfortable especially on Saturday night. I guess if the area of your choosing is Orchard, it's a great place to stay.

It's a good hotel for stay. The room is good and clean. Amenities are complete. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is near the city central. The meal is varied and good.

The room floor is not very clean because I use it for praying.

Edgy interior. They think of every corner, especially the bathroom. Spacious and complete kitchen tool hidden nicely in the pantry.

Great service, great location, great room. Breakfast was also superb, but a buffet system was still preferable to me.

The hotel staff was kind and friendly, allowing me to check in early. The room was comfortable, provided with enough drinking water, very helpful when I was having trouble. I could drink as much coffee and milk as I wanted, assisted by Bruno.
