The hotel staff is friendly, but the atmosphere in the room is a bit naughty.

Limited parking area, no towels, AC is not cold

The location is very strategic, close to the city center. The rooms are comfortable, like home. There's a garden and swimming pool.

The price wasn't right. The pillowcases and sheets hadn't been changed from the previous occupant, and the pillows and mattress had hair from the previous occupant. It was too expensive for 375,000 Rupiah a night.

For that price, I'm quite satisfied...👍

The Superior Twin Room with a Nature View I chose didn't offer the view I expected. It faced the street, and there was an outside area for storing broken or dirty items, making it unsightly. The bathroom's door didn't work, and it couldn't be locked from the inside. The towels provided didn't look clean. However, after requesting replacements, they were better and thicker. Access to amenities like the swimming pool seemed hidden. The stairs were too steep, especially for the elderly, but wheelchair access was limited (there was no elevator). Parking was inadequate, with limited space and a slope.

The place is very comfortable. But the ceiling is not cleaned, there are lots of cobwebs. The pillows are thin, they haven't been replaced for how many years 😂.. As for the blanket, if there are stains, don't put it on, just throw it away. The employees are nice and friendly.

As soon as I entered the room, it was stuffy and had the musty smell of a room that hadn't been used for a long time. I tried opening the door, but the musty smell persisted until morning. So, I couldn't sleep. The bathroom also smelled musty, really stuffy. I wanted to leave immediately, I couldn't stand it. I was fed up.

The hotel looks small from the front, but the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The service was also excellent at check-in and check-out.

This is a cheap hotel but it feels like staying in a 4-star hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. If I go to Cianjur again next month, I will definitely stay here again. 🫶

The accommodation does not have an elevator, if you bring elderly parents, it's a shame because I got it on the 3rd floor (the reason is the ground floor room is fully booked). Maybe you can reconsider if you bring elderly parents. The bedroom is standard, the bathroom door is broken. The standard breakfast tastes good, but unfortunately there are no dishes for children (spicy) so I asked for fried eggs..add breakfast for children 25 thousand, above 12 years old 50 thousand..there is a swimming pool and a cafe downstairs..

Everything is okay, only the phone is dead, so far so good, next time I go to Cianjur I will come here again
