The location is close to Arunika and Palutungan Basecamp, but parking is a bit limited on long weekends. The rooms are small but clean, and the staff, especially Mrs. Melfi, is friendly.

The location is right on the side of the road, and fortunately, traffic wasn't too heavy when we stayed, so it was still comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

The room was not really clean, no daily cleaning provided unless the guest asked. We didn’t get any breakfast because the restaurant was ran out of breakfast meal. The staff said the meal was still being cooked (it was only 8.30 am). We waited almost 30 minutes but no meal was ready so we left the restaurant and decided to have breakfast outside the hotel to avoid same issue. The staff are inexperienced and don’t provide any info unless being asked. Overall we had unpleasant experience staying at this hotel.
