The room is quite spacious, there is a smart TV so it's nice to be able to watch YouTube, the bathroom is quite clean and the plus is that there is an Alfa, a food stall, and a coffee shop near the hotel so you don't have to worry about finding food.

I was looking for a driver room and this was a good fit.

It's located not far from Penjernihan and Pejompongan. It's perfect for those looking for affordable accommodation near Mintoharjo Hospital, the BPK office, the PAM Palija office, or the FIN logistics office. There's a food stall/restaurant right in front of the hotel, and an Alfamart next door. So, if you're feeling lazy about going anywhere, there are plenty of food stalls around the hotel. I've only been here twice, but the receptionist often disappears from her desk and is often disheveled after waking up. But that's understandable, since waiting for guests alone in the small, dry lobby can be a bit tiring. The nice thing is, there's a coffee shop right in front of the hotel. It's perfect for coffee lovers.

It seems like smiling is the foundation of hospitality. Perhaps those who maintain a smile need improvement. Because hospitality is what keeps people coming back. Hopefully, this can be a valuable resource for the staff.

Strategic location, good service, but the room was very poorly maintained, there were many stains on the sheets and blankets, and the first time I entered, it smelled of urine. Because I checked in at night at 9:30 PM, I had no choice but to move.

My first stay at Cove Senja was very comfortable. The room was clean, and the surroundings were clean. The room was clean and fragrant, with hot water (though it took a while to get it), drinking water, a large TV, and a well-functioning smart TV. The only downside was the lack of slippers. Overall, it was comfortable and clean.

The staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy, but it seems like the blankets and sheets weren't changed? There were lots of stains. Turning on the electricity was also a hassle, it seemed like it couldn't be done with just one tap of the card, it had to be done several times.

Overall, it was just OK! Nothing to have expectation!

The hotel staff was hard to find, mixed in with the cafe staff. Breakfast wasn't served until 9 a.m. I stayed for four days, but the room was never cleaned.

There's a water leak from the AC and No TV channels can be watched, even though we managed to watch two movies from Netflix the night before. The next day, we can watch nothing from the TV. No other channel worked. Everything else is fine.

I made a booking mistake by entering the wrong date, which should have been the 9th, to the 12th. I am very aware that this is non-refundable, but usually the hotel has a situational policy that understands customer negligence and helps provide solutions. But Tryta Cove management doesn't care about customer comfort and only cares about money. Instead of helping customers even with a penalty fee deduction or even an offer to reschedule Tryta Cove is indifferent and prefers not to provide any assistance at all. Until finally there is only a solution to rebook and pay in full via the application on the grounds that it is fully booked on Traveloka (but you can still book via the Cove application and pay in full without any compensation). The room is spacious, only the walls are not soundproof. I rented the most spacious room where across from the room there is a 24-hour warteg, Tryta at night there are young people hanging out playing carom while staying up until morning and it is very noisy. The check-in process is quite complicated because the field officers, although very friendly, Tryta are just statues who have no power whatsoever and have to wait for the sales acc whose WA is super slow to respond and complicated. will never stay here again.
