The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed on a weekday, and it was very quiet. The breakfast quality was also disappointing. The road to the resort is dark at night and mostly damaged. The Indian Glamping room had a makeshift lock, making it feel unsafe. I wouldn't stay again. Maybe a weekend would be better.

A hidden gem of a resort. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly security guards, and I was convinced this was a resort with excellent service. And yes, the hospitality was evident; all the staff, even the cleaning staff, were friendly. The resort is beautiful, healing, calming, and peaceful. For those tired of the city noise and work, this resort is perfect. I want to come back again and again because it's truly comfortable.

Great experience while my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary. So many activities to choose from. I chose Terrarium and Rose picking, but unfortunately, many roses were sick, and there weren't many options to pick from.

One of the recommended accommodations in Puncak! It's truly #backtonature. The facilities are good, the staff is friendly, and the food is also quite good. Staying in the glamping type is a bit hot during the day, but once you turn on the AC, it doesn't take long to cool down. What I like most about the glamping type is the bathroom, which is top-notch. Overall, it's very comfortable to stay here, I suggest taking 2 nights because if you only stay one night, you won't be satisfied with your staycation and trying out all the facilities at this hotel.

SARGA truly gave us a staycation experience, meaning we didn't leave the SARGA area at all during our stay. All the activities we had hoped for were available at SARGA. SARGA's concept of blending with nature was a truly refreshing experience, especially for our children, who hadn't previously been particularly interested in it. SARGA successfully became our entry point for bringing our children closer to nature with minimal danger, as the SARGA area is very clean and well-maintained. All the staff were extremely helpful, without exception. We were guided on the Harmony Walk by Mr. Indri, who was very friendly, communicative, and informative. We also tried the Ecoprint activity, which was meticulously guided by the staff in the activity room. These activities really helped us unwind and suited our guests whose coping mechanisms involve art and nature. The breakfast buffet was a bit lacking in variety (perhaps due to the resort's limited capacity; which is a plus, as it feels private and exclusive), but the taste was acceptable, even to our picky eaters. Overall, this is a new experience for us with a satisfaction score of 100/100. Thank you for the memorable experience & keep up what is already good.

Sister Kyka and Sister Moza have a good children's education program, please improve it.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The activity options for kids and adults are great. Everything blends with nature. They have an activity room with a playground, gym, ping pong table, and pool table. The swimming pool is also nice. The glamping is clean, but the bathroom is slippery. Be careful... this place is perfect for a getaway and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food is delicious but unfortunately there is no dessert. Maybe next time they can give you dessert. So far, I am very satisfied staying here. Will be back!

Staff and services are excellent, kids friendly. The cleanliness of the room is three out of four. Improvement needed about the restaurant menu and taste, found many flies at the breakfast room. Sarga has given me and my fam a unique experience through nature. I love the spacious room, relaxing sound of nature, the simplicity of this environment has recharged ourselves very well during the 2 nights stay. The place which makes the kids and adult forget their gadget for a while. The activities are also different from other hotel provides.

I had a wonderful stay here. I chose the spacious Caladium room. This resort offers a variety of fun activities and a wealth of amenities. It's a great vacation option for kids. The room was clean and fragrant, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the dinner menu; I found it lacking in variety.
