When I was carrying my suitcase to go up to the 2nd floor, there was a staff who came down but just stayed silent without offering any help and the worst thing was, the bathroom was dirty, yellow, smelly and the AC was not cold, until I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned. I was even more disappointed with this hotel, coincidentally I stayed in room 222.

The location is right in the middle of the city so it's really easy for those on vacation.
