The location is very strategic, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, food court, mosque, and restaurants. For those planning to visit GBK, this could be a great option for a budget-friendly stay. The amenities are also adequate, with towels, hangers, a wardrobe, a TV, and soap provided. Although the room had some hair left behind, and the bathroom lacked clothes hangers. Overall, it's a good option for a budget-friendly stay.

The bathroom was filthy. I'd ordered one with a water heater but only got one with a shower. The room was full of mosquitoes, the mattress felt like metal springs, not soft, and the blankets were dirty.

Yesterday I stayed for the Allobank festival, it was worth it, it's also close to GBK, the only downside is that I don't know how to use the shower because it won't turn on. In short, it's suitable for those who want to stay for a night out.

Thank you, yes, it's enough for sleeping and cleaning up if you're tired after the concert and heading home. For those living in Greater Jakarta, it's sufficient. The important thing is there's a bed and a bathroom. It's still quite a walk from Indonesia Arena to here.

There's no sink or faucet for brushing your teeth, making it difficult to brush (water for this comes from the shower). There's no chair to sit on if you use the table.

The AC keeps turning on and off, the doors are loose, and it seems like it hasn't been maintained well. Hopefully, it will improve and be renovated soon.

The check-in process is nice and easy, there is no curfew, check-out is also safe, okay for a budget of 100 thousand

The toilet floor was dirty and stained. The sink spray was leaking and falling off, and it was only attached to the shower. It was so weird that it made the shower drip constantly. It was so crowded 24/7, so noisy that I couldn't rest.

The staffs are very friendly and the location is okay, you can easily take a grab or gojek everywhere, and they have a TV (we didn’t try it, honestly too distracted) but that’s about all. The room is not what you expected, maybe there are rooms that look like the pictures they posted, but NOT all their rooms look like that. To start, the room was unexpectedly small, but I have no problem with the size. What I have problem with was the condition of the room. - When we opened the door, we were immediately hit by a STRONG OFOUR OF CIGARETTE (it was a non smoking room). We turned on the AC right away and thankfully, it worked amazingly. Althought, the odour stayed in the bathroom for whatever reason and it STAYED in the room everytime you went out with the AC off and came back. - The room condition was very poor. It was VERY stuffy inside, as in you can tell the air was bit damp and there were stains in the wall that look like dirt and what we suspect to be black mold (as in the picture attached). Not to mention how there are cigarette hole on the bedsheet AND the damp smelling (apek) blanket that my friend used once and have an itch after :) yup, didn’t get an ounce of sleep that night because of how stuffy it was and the noises from outside the room. - Lastly, the bathroom.. It’s functional but AGAIN there are cigarette smell all over and the broken bathroom wall tiles, PLUS the black molds (shown in the pic). Atleast, the hot water works for us, so there is that. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here if you have a little bit of extra money. It’s really not worth it despite the cheap price. If you think you aren’t a sensitive person and can handle it, then good for you. (Think again, it’s really not worth it)

The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to serve you.

The place is uncomfortable, probably because of renovations. The lobby is not clean. The room is quite clean. There is only one towel and blanket provided, you have to ask for more. The blanket smells musty. The AC is noisy. There is no towel hanger in the toilet. There is no water heater. Even though the price is quite good.

Hopefully next time there will be wifi and a hanger for towels in the toilet

The 24/7 reception was very helpful. I arrived in the middle of the night and was still served. The room was also quite clean and comfortable, and it was close to the JCC, our destination.
